Congratulations on your victory! What exceptional determination. I couldn’t stop laughing when Maddie went down while still filming! I have no idea how that happened and I am glad she was not hurt seriously. What a friend she is to you. Remember Heather, Maddie bled for you to accomplish your challenge. You two are truly entertaining. LOL!
Once again, Maddie and you with your contiguous laughter and positive energy can make people laugh and enjoy a shot video fun to watch.😊 Trials looked fast and loose great ride , up hills hurt but the downhills are the reward. 😅
I am not gonna lie, I cried when you got it!! It was more than just a hill and I felt the message of "not giving up when faced with a challenge" to be fitting, especially in times like now. Thank you for sharing this :)
This was so much fun to watch! It’s the first time I’ve ever seen you struggle. Anyone else would have given up. I wanted to bring you some carbs. My legs were really tired from watching, and I’m laying on a bed. Thanks to you and Mattie for always being strong, happy, beautiful women!
This feature is SOOOO much steeper than it looks in the video. The fact that you cleared it AFTER, 4 hours of attempts, is seriously awesome. Now I have to go up there and put that kind of effort in. Very motivating.
That was an amazing display of courage and dedication! I've seen many of your videos Heather but this one was very meaningful and powerful! Thank you for all your amazing editing and extensive work you do on your epic excursions!
hahahah I probably should have just said NOPE too 😅 Next time give it a shot. If Your a local try it every time you go and I am positive you will get it.
Absolutely worth it!! Fabulous determination, and Kudos to Maddie for the unwavering support and unbridled joy at your success..... and the spontaneous "Ground-Level" filming
I am going to be honest, I’m glad I live alone because when you made it to the top after 4 hours I found myself jumping and cheering! Good Job. Love your content and message
How were the ol legs not complete toast after that many attempts?!!! Huge win on cleaning it! Also you have great friends to stick around and push you through, my friends would have left lol.
I am simply in awe of your pure determination and eventual success. Of course that climb is way more intimidating in person. I'm proud of you and happy that you conquered it!
Love this. Reminds me of some climbs on the flume trail in Tahoe. The only times I ever did it was when I bunny hopped half way through to recover. Sometimes a hop spin worked too. Great trail! Great job! 🎉
@@HeatherMunive the best route is flume from the Tahoe rim trailhead by Mt. Rose meadows. Go left and around Marlette lake backside, up and over flower hill. Then take the flume back down to tunnel creek. 26’ish miles. But got to go midweek otherwise it’s a Zoo these days.
Wow I’m so a proud of you Heather a big congratulations I know you would never give up. I’m so jealous you guys are having beautiful summer weather and as for me it’s freezing cold weather. I’m thinking about going to see if I can hire one of those snowboard/ MTB and give one of them a try out . I’m always looking forward to seeing you on your next adventure 😊
“Our brains are so powerful. And right now I think I’m gonna do it.” Then does it! Mind over matter. Way to go Heather! What an inspiration! And Maddie, wow! Everyone needs a friend and voice like you! “Can’t be having me bellyflop for nuthin!” Awesome motivation ladies. There’s nothing quite like conquering life’s obstacles!
OMG! What a BALLER you are! I'm so impressed you didn't give up! Mad, mad props! If I didn't follow you already, I would now. And, as anyone who mountain bikes knows, the videos don't begin to show the true verticality of the trails and hills!
"The climb was just so cocky..." I've met some arrogant pieces of trail too. They like, "Oh no, you don't. You can't clean me, boy." But then you come along and show it you are no boy. Four hours!!!!, I guess that part of the trail has earned its cockiness! Great Job!!!
maddy didnt put in the watts, but she had an equal part in making that a success! Congrats both of you for sticking that out with such positive attitudes, even when y'all had to want to quit.
With a lot of detertmination and try, try again you got up the tech rock feature - well done! Have tried similar features and failed but should have sessioned and practised more, thank you for inspiration and for sharing 😁
Msddie missed the chance to say "sorry Hesther, the battery went flat, i didnt get it!" She's a great friend to encourage you to conquer that festure. Well done.
lol. You should have added in the best clip of the day 😜 but that’s for our eyes (and ears) only! Lol 😂 Good work. My eye lashes did loook good throughhhh 🎉
way to go for the low angle shot, Maddison😆😆Can't say I've ever seen any transition quite like it. What motivation!! Way to go Heather, also.. Now I know how to pronounce your last name🤣
I literally watched a Maddie video yesterday where it took her 12 tries on that same climb before she threw in the towel for that day. Maddie definitely has worked to conquer that climb.
I was there today and sessioned this few times. Still haven’t cleaned it. I keep getting my wheel stuck between those rocks. Good job. Hopefully soon. It’s so good to see people do it, gives me a better idea on how to do it myself
@@HeatherMunive did you clean that other techy spot on the climb? It’s a narrow rock feature between two trees. I can’t quite wrap my head around how to do that one either.
