Bhai saheb jb 5 percent quashing ke liay eleigible hi aur 90percent 498a case false hote hi apko nhi lagta eligibility figure bahut kam hi? Quash ka use abuse of law na ho uske liay hota hi aur eligibility 5 percent hi kahi na kahi kuch to loop pool hi ?

Atleast you have all provisions to file a case , If men get tortured like how you went thru, no law to protect such a worst place to live in here ....and the person who tortured can still file a case against husband the victim and loot huge money ...this is speciality here ...my curse

Sir wife/CAW has done 498A FIR in Oct 2019 and statements recorded. No further development till now can I go for quashing of FIR. Waiting for your reply
It's not esy though, bcoz we dont check wrong vs right in this country, we alwwsys see women vs men . women innocent b y default .and also think If PM is a man , IF richest in the country is a man they consider all the men are empowered no need of any support for them,
