@@texasniner7747 yeah he catches the ball with his hands with limited effort solid I don't know if he was first round worthy but he seems like he will be a solid pick up
People are sleeping on Pearsall, or just outright complaining about him. I said this on draft night, and I'll stand by it. Pearsall is a beast. He might not be "explosive" like the super elite WRs, but he is going to prove to be an extremely reliable safety blanket for Purdy. Reminds me of Julian Edelman. When it's 3rd or 4th down, and you GOTTA HAVE IT, there's Pearsall. Watch 👀
I think he has hands to catch the ball which alot of WRs don't have (they have the physical traits instead). Pearsall really reminds of 3 players - Wes Welker, Emmanuel Sanders, & Miles Austin. I honestly think (future if Deebo gets traded) if Aiyuk, Pearsall, Jennings, & Cowing can take be healthy this WR core could be something.
@smh92392 People say its a reach when his draft o/u was 33.5 And lets look at who was on the board Xavier nice but not a scheme fit Adonai who is uncoachable Ladd who Pearsall beats out You can argue Cooper but the 49ers got Greene who is a better fit
@@circus92392 Exactly. It's not about the player, it's about the Niners drafting methodology and their complete lack of enthusiasm for having a top OLIne or DB's.
Training with those two who are basically in the same system that we run is great. Glad our first rounder is training and not screwing up off the field.
Yea they were but those other two are 4.2 / 4.1 they exaggerate more to sell it cause that off coverage they face they have to really sell those routes n commit as they can make up for those lost steps to maintain timing of offense. All that said Ricky a beast loved his tape coming out hope my Eagles young corners can hold up when we see them again.
I'm from Florida and I've been a Gators fan since middle school, now living in the North Bay for the last 20 years. I really love the pick. I've seen all of his games as a Gator so I can say confidently that the Niners are getting a really solid football player in Ricky Pearsall. I'm not a 49ers fan per say, but I've been following the Niners games for the last 20 years or so. My dad was born and raised in Dallas, so you can guess my favorite team, but more than anything, I'm a huge fan of the NFL and I follow many, many players from all 32 teams. I'm a fan of way too many 49ers players; so many that it makes me kinda feel like a bit of a traitor. lol Everyone has to admit that the 49ers are really exciting to watch though. Anyways, I'll be watching Ricky Pearsall closely this year, and I have to decide whether or not I should buy his jersey. Okay, I'm gonna buy his jersey.
Yea...dude is NICE! Interesting to see his build/type next to current pros...Waddle and Hill have trunks for legs. Ricky is smooth and long, but he's gonna need to hit the squat rack
Tyreek is 1 of 1 just a blur on the field. I keep seeing people try to replicate him but his number one trait is his durability. He’s small and fast but can last the whole season. I’ve only seen very few his size last 17 games. And he has all this speed
I knew his name going into the draft, but not much more than that. Since then I've watched film and this kid is a DAWG and will fit right in. I'm excited.
Feet were great, his 3 cone was awesome. So the guy has the ability to run great routes make great catches. The only thing hill did better in this vid is after he cut you can see him accelerate faster out of those breaks. Ricky pretty decent though. Hill is just on another level.
Just imagine being Ricky. Less than a week ago he was a draft hopeful. Today working out with Tyreek Hill. Imagine what he must be feeling right now. Congrats my guy
Bro I’m not gonna lie it looks like Ricky is more of a balanced player in his runs than any of them not that he is faster he just is more light on his feet more center balanced he looks really good much better than I thought he was originally he is working his ass of ant it shows!
The suddenness, the burst, the cartoon feet/ steps are absolutely gonna help get Y.A.C. & get open! Aside getting open, he's fast, great hands, awesome blocker! I'm excited about it already n I don't care
Clean! Bruh his footwork is🔥🔥…..if he pans out to have a better career than micheal crabtree this pick will be a success…..if he turns out to be dante pettis i will loose my mind!
If yall haven't, you need to go and watch CJ Stroud's live reaction of when we drafted Pearsall and then listen to Stroud's analysis on Pearsall and why he had such a dramatic reaction when he saw us nab him.
