Early mornings are really the best thing if you’re someone who’s trying to balance your career and also pursue your own personal goals outside of that career. I wake up at 4:30.
If you know anything about me at all the one thing you should know is how much I looooove my mornings. The feeling of having accomplished multiple tasks for yourself before even heading to work? I can’t describe it.

This routine was so encouraging sis. Waking up early gives you time to do things and not having to rush. I must say reading the bible in the morning before doing anything, is one of the best things, life changing 🙏🏽

I've lost soooo much weight because when I wake up or get home tired, eating won't be a priority... and after a while I've realized how unhealthy it is to skip meals just because im tired! So I've really got to be serious and meal prep before I become a stick totally 😂

Love waking up at 4. Have more done before most people wake up then most people will do the entire day

I’ve been waking up at 5AM this year, and love how much time I have to focus on my passion projects. I could never do my bible study in bed, I’ll just find myself waking up at 8😅 Love a good morning routine! Also, are we getting a new house tour?

Hahaha really? I looove the lights in my new room so I've been enjoying doing my devotions in bed.. but once I've furnished my house I'll have a proper space for quiet time and reading... Lol new house tour is deeefinitely not ready yet... but once I start decorating and furnishin we'll see😏

I’m not really a morning person. Its so bad I can’t even talk first few hours after waking up. I do a lot in the evening. So I only have a night time routine. The only thing I prefer doing early in the morning is running errands.

😅😂🤣 Definitely don't start chatting me up in the morning. You will probably not like me... I have to incubate first 🤣 but I'm definitely more productive in the mornings especially cz the work I do is usually very draining. I get home not wanting to do anything but sleep...

I'm basically on a journey to living a healthy life and that includes excluding unnecessary toxins, drugs and substances from my diet/life... Coffee is nice and all but at the end of the day caffiene isn't good for us.. bottom line

Thank you so much! Yes absolutely! I try to always be in bed by 9pm so I can have adequate sleep.. If I sleep after that, I find waking up a bit difficult...

One question i have in my head why did you actually decided to quit on your caffeine intakes, how did you managed to leave the habit?

Well caffeine isn’t healthy for us generally and I’m on a mission to stop taking in and/or using anything that can potentially harm my body. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I think I should finally consider this waking up earlier lifestyle. Been procrastinating a lot and I feel this will help me especially by doing the most daunting tasks first

I’ve already filmed my moving vlog but my upcoming January vlog will have more snippets of getting settled in my new house… I really wana show more of life outside the hospital this year and I appreciate these suggestions and ideas💕💕

I wish I could have a routine like this but I can't sleep earlier than 11 pm thanks to med school. My sleep cycle is messed up.

I actually started this routine in med school... studying till late was sooo difficult for me. So I used to get home from classes and make sure I'm in bed by 9pm so I can do my work in the mornings before classes😃.. what does your typical schedule look like?

@@TheStylishMed lol u know when I was in med school I would try to sleep early and lie to myself that I will wake up to study and the next thing it's time to go to class 😅😅, so I would just stay up late then sleep at 3am . Right now I have alot of free time .
