great job Brandon! i have a 1992 ext cab with the 318. and ONLY 37,000 original miles. But i would love to do this conversion. i totally agree with sgt moose. should have been a factory option. they would have sold a million of them!!!
cbrianrowe well you certainly can although if I had to do it over again I think I would have put it in a full size half ton truck. but that's just my opinion. I know there's several ranger conversions out there.
Octane Anarchy I towed quite a bit with it. tons of torque, the most I pulled was a 11,000lb loaded dump trailer. usually towed 4-6k and it handled it great.
Brandon Jacobson thank u. Was gonna do the 5.9 swap. But I might try the 4bt. Just gotta decide my transmission. I've got a 46re auto in it so thinking that isn't gonna handle the torque lol
