4G63 Engine Blue-Print assembly process! 

RU-vid recommended this video to me and I’m in the middle of building a long rod 7 bolt 4g63 myself. Glad I saw this, I’ll be rewatching this 5 or 6 times.

How do I get ahold of you to build my engine?

i made a bracket that mounts the engine sideways to the stand. allows access to both ends. great vid and very informative.

If ure using the same gasket for the torque plate, then that gasket is already crushed. So a head gasket needs to be sacrificed for the torque plate bore process?

the 4g63 has forged internals...just not forged pistons. The crank and the rods are forged, you said “this crank is cast” is it??

Hey Roni, I have a 4g63 that was recently rebuilt but the rings apparently failed. I am having excess blowby and the mechanic says it needs to replace the rings and valve seals again. Any thoughts on what we missed? Thanks
