If it helps you. I also wanted that. Now I've got a 4090 PC, PS5 and Steam Deck..... I'm using the PS5 and Steam Deck more than the 4090. Eye candy is great, but eventually you'll get bored of it and just use the most convenient platform. What I'm trying to say is, don't think that you're missing out on a substantially different experience, cuz you're really not. If you have a PS5, just play the game there. It's (almost) just as great!

TL;DR: Game (€35) + Cloud Gaming subscription (€10/m.) might give you the experience, just FYI. The most affordable way to get a taste of it might be a GeForce Now or other Cloud Gaming service subscription that provides playtime on machines with the best gear and settings, if you have the TV or monitor to see it in its glory (IMO, most importantly for eyecandy: HDR). Other than that, I agree with Ted; when you're actually playing the game, you will hardly notice many off the things - the only that still makes me stand still are lighting/reflections, but at great cost of performance so that's also rarely a permanent setting. I believe motion blur is an important part of immersion and eyecandy while Dynamic Resolution is almost hard-baked into the software - hardware willing - so, practically, you really do see the high fidelity only in some quiet moments and in fast paced games like CP77 it's probably more beneficial to optimise and put that difference (of the diminished returns) into performance. Prices are estimates and I have no first hand experience with the subscription service (only the free tier); I suspect no lag or false advertising (low graphic settings), but it may be prudent to research a bit first.

Thanks bro!! haha, I run the game around 80fps with all at max settings using the mods hehe; now I'm waiting for Phantom Liberty Expansion; the game will get a lot of new stuff; the game now doesn't have a lot of bugs is pretty stable : )
