I remembered going to this place back in 1999 or 2000 when I was a kid. Man, I was so excited seeing these miniatures!

Wonders of wonders! I actually met a woman whose friend helped paint some of the small figures when the park first opened.

What an amazing park. I would to visit. One little comment, it would have been very nice to get to read the plaques that accompany the buildings. That way we know what we're looking at.

I wonder if any of the crew members from those old godzilla movies had a hand in creating this place. Amazing, intricate detailing in the landscaping as well. Was secretly wishin to hear a godzilla roar at one point. Lol.

amazing reproductions. great detail and surface realism. couple of criticisms - 1. the makers go to all the time and trouble of creating these buildings and then the rivers and lakes next to them are presented in very unrealistic bright blue. comparatively, it would be little trouble to make the water look a more realistic colour. 2. some of the buildings have an area of context around them - sandy ground with a few trees or whatever. but some of them have no such context - just some lawn - and this makes them less successful. question - are the trees around the buildings bonsai? are they even real? there are so many of them, bonsai wd seem like an immense job of upkeep and yet so many artificial trees, each one unique, wd also seem impossible to make
