This is a very common I heard this too after I bought mine, but I believe it’s the two stroke & older models ( anything before 2021) I have a 2023 model & I have not had any issues so far 🤞🏾😬

@@toriirs ooo, very good to hear, the only other thing that strays me away from it is the top speed, since there are other 125s that can push 90 mph, not that it neccessarily matters but its sort of just one of those things thats nice to have

in my opinion, all 125s at top speed are pushing max so it's top end power will not be as noticeable once you are on the bike whether you are going 80mph or 90mph. I would say if you are looking for speed get your full license and start with a YAMAHA R3 then move up in CCs any brand just do your research on them. I know Aprilia has recently come out with a RS457 looks amazing 🤩 . I really hope this helps you ❤️‍🔥

Haha! Any 125 is gonna give an average top speed of 70-90mph I’ve experienced about 85mph going downhill it’s really gonna depend on how and when you shift gears. I’d say if you have a full license and you want speed in the Aprilia range go for the RS457 (starter rider) or RS660 (experienced rider)

Okay! I would say go for the Aprilia newer model (2021-24) if that’s in your budget or any of the Yamaha r125 if you have a lower budget. Pros: Aprilia - very good cornering - eaiser to modify & maintain (newer models) - fuel consumption is great (£7/8 for a full tank) Cons: Aprilia - Much heavier than most 125s (but will get you comfortable moving a bigger bike) - some say the seat is higher (I’m 5,2 and I’m tip toeing but that’s something you’ll get use to) - is a bit more expensive than other 125 Overall I would say it depends on your style both bikes are really good. Try and get to a showroom and test them out. I didn’t know about Aprilia’s until I went to the showroom. Hopefully this helps and lemme know what you get 🅰️❤️‍🔥
