Effectivement! Par contre je trouve qu'en sortie d'Aix (dans le sens Avignon - Marseille) sur TSW il y a trop d'arbre et on ne voit pas assez les abords de la voie Après c'est le top du top !

Oui, ainsi que les sons du TGV Duplex qui sont magnifiques. DTG a très bien bossé avec cette première ligne en France. Dommage que les zones de sectionnement, sur la partie LGV, ne soient repris techniquement dans le TGV (même si cela serait automatique, le disjoncteur devrait se couper et se réenclencher.

@@mathuringarcier Oui, trop rapide à 300-320km/h. Par contre, mais ce n'est qu'une supposition liée à une remarque de DTG lors d'un live : lorsqu'ils font un nouveau pays, le temps qu'ils passent à créer les nouveaux assets (signalisation, sécurité, etc) ne peuvent être rentabilisés financièrement en une seule route donc ils en prévoient toujours d'en créer une seconde. Donc sur ce principe, et vu qu'ils reprennent très souvent ce qui provient de TS, nous pourrions envisagé une extension. De plus, ils ont un nouvel outil pour générer automatiquement de grande tracé (ils l'ont utilisé avec ce DLC justement). Bon, c'est de la pure speculation mais ce DLC ayant cartonné, j'ose espérer un jour...

The US doesn't utilize it because passenger rail has been seen/painted as "only for the wealthy" since Vietnam. Instead, we in the US have the two extremes of automobile travel for individuals and shorter distances, and plane travel for long distances - with no real middle except Greyhound/Trailways. (Is there international BUS service in Europe?). Passenger rail occupies the middle ground in Europe; there is no real hub-and-spoke passenger plane service in Europe as there is in the US.

@@PGHammer21A to be honest I was surprised Myself at the bus and tram access throughout the major cities of Western Europe which mainly cater to obviously travel within the metro area so very short distances. And Ik more And more Europe has utilized air travel for shorter and cheap national flights like we have that strictly fly only around the US and maybe Canada they have airlines that stick on the euro continent and only fly to a handful of destinations regularly and then have some seasonal travel to the south like Mediterranean and such. In a nutshell the rail and airlines compete for domestic travel over there and its great for the economy because of the increase in transportation jobs and options for passengers. It’s probably way too late to introduce that set up in America I’ll admit but it’s much better than what we have in every way travel in general

We have Amtrak in the US because the railroads were not making money on passenger travel, so the government stepped in and took over. If the government was not subsidizing train travel, there would be no passenger service in the US. It just isn't economically viable.

@@nickpapagiorgio5056 Not really - domestic air travel in Europe is MORE - not less expensive than train travel - look at INTER - which is owned by Air France (the flag carrier) and compare it pricewise to SNCF. And then you have OUIGO - the cheap domestic arm of SNCF - which is branching into international rail travel on the cheap. Further, the governments in Europe backed domestic passenger rail service early - especially on the Continent - not savaged it, as was the case in the US. (In addition, the saving grace of domestic rail travel in France was the national adoption of nuclear power for the French electrical grid (during the 1970s). Where did the idea come from? Surprisingly, the United States - specifically, "Atoms for Peace" which originated before I was even born, under Eisenhower! So don't give me the "Three Mile Island" scare tactic BS - TMI had even been built yet! However, the antinuclear train started rolling in the 1960s - under Johnson, Nixon, Ford, and later Carter - fueled by old-fashioned NIMBYism.The French didn't listen - and organized antinuclear protests - especially Greenpeace - were more active in France than anywhere else in Europe - the French were the last nation to do aboveground nuclear testing!

Il y a trois génération de TGV Duplex, le TGV première génération est un TGV un peu plus vieux (le TGV Duplex 200 CM), le Duplex 2e génération c'est la Dasye (TGV Duplex 700 CM), et le Duplex 3e génération c'est le 2N2 (ou EuroDuplex), je sais que sur le 1ère génération, le bouton pour ouvrir les porte c'est un bouton mécanique, alors que sur le 2N2 c'est un bouton numérique. Après je pense qu'il doit y avoir des changements au niveau des performance mais c'est à vérifier.
