2 cons: - Balcony railing is dangerous as kids would climb it at that angle. - Polished concrete as a finish makes it look cheap and unfinished, like a basement or secondary room.
@@archwalks I call BS - nothing 'elegant' about exposed concrete. 'Contemporary' - Just because it's a copy/paste design, an architectural fashion statement, used in too many BIG buildings a.o. Two wrongs doesn't make a right. This type of living, with the common areas et all, only works with the right- and like minded inhabitants, IE: like a students dormitory.
I have lived here for a while and i absolutely love it. The interiors are we designed albeit minimalist. Everythign folds away and you have everything you need
The whole thing reminds me of those examples of spiders that constructed their webs after being administered different drugs. These building are like the spiders that tried to construct webs under the influence of acid.
If you are a foreigner who needs to find accommodation quickly, this type of building is ideal. Booking your visit and signing the rental contract is as simple as booking a hotel room online.
@@1323-j6kIt's cheaper than the hotel if you need to stay for longer. That would be an attractive price in London. We were working on structural design one of these co- living in Dublin 😀.
