Does the kids play area allow parents to come in or do you have to leave your child in the kids zone without you for them to be able to enjoy it?

They have a certain time of day in which parents can go in with their children, they also have a timeframe that is kids only

Dreams definitely paid you to say all of these good things because it’s one of if not the worst resorts I’ve been to. The food is practically inedible and that’s not the worst part. The rooms are old, dated, damp, and full of mildew. Avoid.

I'm sorry you had such a bad experience! My stay there was great! And NO, I wasn't paid a dime by the hotel, and I also paid my stay IN FULL with my own money
