First clean up the existing city, add more parks and cleaner and greener spaces. Then go to build more. Concentrate on peripheral regions of Bengaluru develop outer regions of the city to make the city bigger. Introduce green living and more green vertical gardens and artificial water bodies from rain water harvesting within the city. Introduce more citizen and corporator interaction at micro level ward wise to help resolve issues quickly and at the root level. Namma Bengaluru is a heaven help beautify it and clean it to save it.

My personal opinion is Namma Metro(Bangalore Metro).. may be designed at sub-ground level.. elevation just added cost and ambiance.. roads at ground level.. elevated roads for expressway. Metro etc sub-ground level.
