she is such a FOX!!😍 Runnin~~ her voice is a blessing Your 'Like' and ' Subscribe ' are always welcomed! "Discover your taste in K-contents" #tiffany #snsd #girlsgeneration #taeyeon #KPOP #kcontentsvoyage
Agree. SM always gave her the cutesy light songs. Boring songs. Easily forgotten SM-ish songs. I want her to stop doing that and start singing songs like Tears - So Chan Whee and Kim Hyeon Jeong - Bruise. Something strong & impactful & sexy like Lil Touch or You Think. Sunny needs to colaborate with someone outside of SM/SM composers. She did great when she featured in Miryo's song last time. I hope she will not 'hide' anymore like Tiffany said.
Yes Sunny's voice has special power to bend our emotion. When she did ballad she did it perfectly our heart will be touched and tremble but when she do something darker vibe she gave boss lady aura in her voice. Waiting her solo concept that has dual side of her.
Every one of them stood out in this song seriously, like this is just too good. Thank you director Tiffany and Sooyoung as well, and of course the girls who have worked hard too. And we would be happy to see villain MV, if ever there is in the future, when you guys already have time again.
Agree 100%. You know that each of them gave all of themselves. This is what I love about Girls Generation. They are all great as individuals and as a group
Nothing is sexier than vocal director Tiffany. God she looks 100x more attractive here. Love how in control, and how knowledgable she is with what she wanted out of her members' vocals
Damn! Villain is a masterpiece by Tiffany and Sooyoung. FOR SURE, WE NEED MV FOR VILLAIN!! 🔥🔥It's a very good song. As the members said, the melody and the lyrics is so match.
but, no one praise Yoong's rap here??! HER VOICE IS SOOO ADDICTIVE and look how satisfied the lyricist and composer are! her voice really fit with this kind of song
Tiffany is one heck of a director. Hyoyeon was right, Tiffany knows her vocal strength. And for sure, Fany knows the others' as well, considering the fact that she most likely gave Taeyeon that spotlight for the high note after the bridge since Taeyeon can handle such notes incredibly well. Knowing the members for so long and keeping in mind all their strengths when it comes to vocals became an impeccable advantage and flawless success for Tiffany. These ladies are really talented. That being said, them being together is a complete masterpiece. Legends indeed.
It's like Tiffany never let that SM talent go away from her soul even after she left. She still has that SM professionalism that was engrained in her since debut~~
Their guessing game together was also hilarious!! Dancing to Shinee, “Center!” 😂 I watch that video often when I’m feeling down cause they’re just so funny it brings me up.
I have the theory that Tiffany wanted to bring out the quality of everyone’s vocals that is prominent in their respective solo songs and put them all together, cuz just from what I’m hearing, like Taeyeon, I can hear vocal qualities that would be in one of her solo songs. And that’s just brilliant
Tiffany, If sunny debut solo or members comeback solo, can you join in making songs and be the vocal director? It doesn't have to be the whole album, just 1 or 2 songs is enough. You're really cool to be a vocal director. U can make the members take it all out!! 😭😭🔥🔥
That's is Sunny's greatest fear. To have a solo. There is vid or article said that the reason why Sunny don't have a solo yet is because she is afraid to fail or afraid to go solo because her vocals are not that good compare to her members but on the other hand she really has a good voice. She is not that really confident being a solo artist.
*“i think it brought up colors that were never seen in the members”* exactly my thoughts when i listened to villain for the first time. it’s truly fascinating that i’ve known snsd for a decade yet they still managed to surprise me with their versatility. being a 2nd generation idols and still bringing something new to the table is such a flex as a sone. it’s no suprise why they were put on a high pedestal in the whole kpop industry. indeed the textbook of all kpop groups.
I'd like to think that they took charge of perfecting their stage performance and left the songs and styling all to the staff and they did really well for the past 15 years in that. Seeing how Sooyoung described how they tweaked Lion Heart to make the performance more enjoyable for the audience helped to shine light that they really take entertainment seriously.
@@misteryemisterye lyrics were written by those members for XYZ. Actually there are a lot of lyrics credited to Sooyoung, Yuri and Seohyun already but song composition-wise like the melody and how the song sounds, this is a first.
"Everywhere I look, It just a copy cat character.. Pretending to be vaguely strong, I just hate it " Okay.. I'm Taeny biased but I'm really impressed how Tiffany Young Let Yoona rap that part with that bored sarcastic tone, it's like a reality slap written by the savage member Sooyoung 🤣
@@alebelen4255 I mean that part deserves to be Yoona's part. Those slaps hard on reality that now, there's so many people pretending to be strong (they call that 'strong' girl crush and women empowerment but in reality they're just weak to those bad knetz while SNSD claps back to haters) And do I have to mention that before, Yoona's role in SNSD gave her insecurities because knetz said she's just the 'face' of the group, calling her (she's just pretty that's why she's in SNSD) but now look at how visuals are much more appreciated than the singers and dancers of the group. That's because of Yoona, SNSD'S FACE OF THE GROUP!!!
@@iamnel3141 i don’t know what this comment has to do with my comment I just pointed out that Tiffany wrote the whole song in English and even record the rap part to do a guide for the recording of the song, I mean at the end of the day Tiffany wasn’t selfish at all and gave the rap to yoona who by the way kill it and it was good and all the members specially sunny and yoona got to shine ✨ so I don’t understand so much e your comment reply but long life SNSD
Villain is a masterpiece that deserve her own MV & dance version. When SJ have their own SJ Lable, I wish for a Soshi lable too. And write, compose & direct their own music. I still haven't give up on that wish.
Villian is too badass of a song to make me tear up and get emotional lol! But Fany-ah! You did it! You nailed it! I want this to be the future of soshi. Writing and directing music for themselves and each other because they know each member's voices the best 💕
Even HYO is Main Dancer and Main Rapper but her vocal like Main Vocal 🔥🔥🔥🔥 All Member SNSD can high note!!!! 😭😭😭 Call me the villain cuz I’m busy killin ⚒️🛠⚔️
Hyo knowing that Sooyoung who wrote the song just right before recording is so Hyoyeon 😂 I'm glad the show decide to put this behind the scene, I wish they also show us for other song, I'm so interest to see how they cook 'You Better Run' cause that song also awesome
I cannot stress enough how absolutely freaking stunning Sunny’s voice is. I always thought it was one of the most distinctive voices out there. But hearing her doing this challenging octave shifts, makes me truly wonder why doesn’t she become a solo artist ? She has SOOO much power and potential. It baffles me honestly.
Yoona’s rap on this is everything! Sooyoung snapping and going “there you go honey!” was amazing! I watched it back like 6 times! And please give us a Sunny solo! She’s more than proven she can do more than the aegyo voice and deliver some variable vocals.
When I first heard Villain, I couldn't believe how good it was! Now that I know that Tiffany and Sooyoung had a big part in the writing process, I'm in awe! They did an incredible job and this song is gonna stay in my playlist for a loooong time.
Love their voices in this song, but hyoyeon’s voice stands out for me. Most of GGs songs are cutesies that sometime hyos voice doesnt fit but this one hyos voice took the lead. Love seeing the recording process. They really grew so much. They already took the wheel of their own careers. So proud of them.
I love the that the first self-composed song by a member is one of the best songs on album with songs by experienced composers from all over the world. Girls' Generation for life!
SooFany did a great job bcs villain seriously my fave..my bias tiff director way too charming and brilliant like we can see how her efforts to bring out SNSD vocal colors bcs she knew well her mmbrs vocal styles also that all together part so satisfying, love it!!!
composer/lyricist/director tiffany gave all the members a part in the song that brings out their unique tones and powerful voices whilst lyricist sooyoung guided them how to deliver their emotions. villain is a fantastic song, i adore how passionate everyone are. i respect tiffany so much because of her love not just on music but to her fellow members as well; that each of them is important in order to become one… to become soshi. she’s definitely a leo and i’m proud of that.
I think many people doesnt know that sunny have a nice voice, so this is the truth bro, her voice is beautiful and all of the GG members have a very beautiful voices, they all are vocalis bro👍
its really a great song, thank you Tiffany and Soo young, thank you to all members too - look forward another song direct compose and written by Tiff and Soo
Honestly this song sounded so good i thought it was like a scrapped title track or something, just to find out that Tiffany & Sooyoung wrote this song themselves!! i'm so impressed, they really should've had this opportunity sooner
“It’s a song that brings out the various charms of girls generation” That’s honestly so true! It’s really brought out each members different colours and versatility in their voices. TaeTiSeo’s voices all bring stellar as always Sunny’s voice being bright and rich, hitting those low notes like she did during genie Hyoyeon and Yoona’s vocals during the rap, raw and fun and in character for a villain. And Yuri’s voice, my god, I haven’t heard her sing as strongly like this since ITNW. It’s refreshing to hear them all sing differently and with all their abilities. This album truly is a gift ❤
everyone did a great job here and everyone perfectly shines for their own lines! the vocals and line distribution is amazingly arranged! Tiffany gave the non-vocalist members a chance to shine moreee!
Also, Tiffany's singing on "Mood Lamp" is truly next level, a standout track that demonstrates all of the members' strong vocals. Her sound has so much fullness and depth, and her soulful phrasing shouldn't be ignored amidst the over-fetishization of 'high note' singing valued by too many Kpop listeners.
So proud of Tiffany!! Vocal producing is SO important. Most people don't realize that as main vocalists in OT9 days, part of Taeyeon and Jessica's roles were to stay around for the other members and guide them through recording.
If been a fan for a long time and my love for Sunny voice its still my number 1. I hope she even release cover songs for fun and if she miss singing or if she would go for solo. I so love her voice.
Villain song shows every members vocals capability. The advantage when your members were the one who write the lyrics and compose the song because they knew better what fits to their members voice. Good job fany and Soo
no shit.while i do know this song is their first member-written, seeing fany manager deals it truly brings extra spice into this song. its no wonder i found this song more attractive than forever 1
