The pan at the end of the video was for two people.... The heat in the kitchen is very cruel and I am amazed at the serenity with which the chefs work under these conditions. I wrote a quite long reply TWICE and every time I was about to post, my internet connection reset by itself, so I lost it all, couldn't even c/p it. What are the odds of it happening twice? Haha... funny, but .... not funny. Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed this short film of yours. And as for the hot kitchens the chefs works at, I also see it here... I also see the chefs sweat dripping from the foreheads down to the dishes they're preparing. "Excuse me, are you using Maldon salt?" No Sir, it's sweat from my forehead. That's happened to me too and it's extremely annoying... 😤😤(that never happens when you just write a sentence...) Sometimes I now write long texts offline and then post them. To your salty remarks. yes, I don't think you should look closely in any restaurant or small street kitchens. you don't want to know all the "ingredients" that go into it. not to mention the lack of hygiene. Fortunately, at least everything gets extremely hot in the pans. Luckily our immune system is still working... Hahah.. But it shows me once again how closely you look at my videos. Maybe I should choose a 10x smaller video resolution...laughing out loud! But fortunately we can still enjoy these fine dishes, even if we now know what's going on....😎🤣🤣 More coming from Spain soon!
