@@ireumiobseum depends, gate G and H at MTB main terminal usually for international flights /short flight times. A350/330 737 are specs for the gates. Also, for Hajj operation . While at SAT buiding, most of them long haul operations, incld 737max, and wide body aircrafts.
@@ireumiobseum I noticed more foreign carriers are using the Main Terminal building recently, especially Singapore Airlines. I think the passengers prefer boarding at the Main Terminal, saves them the hassle of boarding the buses to the Satellite terminal. Can't wait for the Aerotrain refurbishment to complete!
You can find out when booking the flight on MH website/app. There should be a place to see the flight details including flight number and aircraft type. But honestly it’s only likely during festive seasons.
