We are coming to Japan during the summer so imagine it will be very hot. Is the lower level air conditioned? or would it be better to be on the top even in the sun?

I'm confused. Do they have 4 routes? On their website, it says they only have 3 (Red, green, blue). So, this route you cannot hop on or off? Just goes non-stop?

This video’s Skybus is non-stop bus. But the blue course of hop-on-hop-off bus run the same route.

This video is Tokyo Sky Bus. It's a non-stop sightseeing bus. Hop-on-hop-off Bus' Blue route seems it runs a similar course. In addition, the Hop-on-hop-off Bus is easier to purchase a ticket than Sky Bus. skyhopbus.com/routes/blue-line

You can book Skybus from Skybus's website. But it's in Japanese, so you need to use Google Translate to read it in English. www.skybus-skyduck.jp/reserv/ Or go to the ticket counter to book. My video shows the way to the counter. This Skybus is very popular, especially on the weekend, so there's a possibility that the seats on the day are all sold out.
