Happy to hear that. Same feeling here: always love Spain. But I think there weren't so much construction going on when you visited it a couple of year ago.
Valencia third capital of Spain with 1 million inhabitants. It has a historic center. Fine sand beaches in Mediterranean waters 15 minutes from the center of the capital. Airport and numerous Bus and Metro lines as well as "AVE" railway station in the center of the City (high-speed train). There are highways that connect Madrid-Barcelon-Alicante. All the services you have are very good. A city with very pleasant winter temperatures. The City is all flat, there are many bike lanes throughout the City. Many restaurants and terraces to eat. With services and very affordable prices. It has 10 kilometers of parks and gardens that run through the entire city (former river channel). As well as The City of Arts-Sciences (futurist). It will like you.

@@4kcitytours I don;t think they are sick, i've been in Valencia in august and i see the people wearing mask even in august on the street and even alone on the beach, it's insane... but everyone makes whatever she wants. :) P.S. For me Valencia is no 1 :)
This City its ugly compared many others cities of Spain Madrid; Barcelona; Sevilla; Toledo; salanca; granada; Mallorca; etc; etc.tourists they only go because It IS very cheap
I am biased so nothing compares to Barcelona. That is the best one. But, Valencia has its charm. If it weren't for all that construction, I am sure it would be even better. The architecture is interesting and I like how it mixes the old with the new. I would not call it ugly, definitely.
Que sabras tu, poco conoces Valencia, como Valenciano me ofende, al menos muestra respeto, porque fea como tu dices no lo es. Si no pregunta, a la cantidad de Turismo que viene, por cierto Valencia esta mas de moda que nunca, prensa internacional se hace eco. Es de las ciudades de España con mejor calidad de vida. El modernismo que tiene Valencia, ya lo quisieran muchas otras ciudades de las que has nombrado, por cierto Valencia no tiene el rancio y la caspa que tienen algunas ciudades que has nombrado. No digas que vienen porque es barata, porque tampoco tienes ni idea, di mejor que esta mejor comunicada internacionalmente, que otras ciudades.
