Glad to see you back. Glad to see someone doing these videos a fella over there at precision transmission has obviously stopped doing videos for a moment
@@MHolt3573 If you’re referring to precision transmission I know exactly what happened and I knew I just knew eventually it would. trying to operate a business as a family is so complicated at times been there done that.
@@MHolt3573 No Trent and his dad wasn’t seeing eye to eye or getting along as well as mom and daughter in law. Trent’s wife. It is just a big family squabble it’s sad to see this happened but it does. Trent probably feels he doesn’t get the recognition respect and even pay that he feels he deserves he’s a smart young man he owns the channel dad was just the star of the shows. it is now called something else. It is still there but Trent is no longer with precision he has took off on his own he plans to start back up with his own business doing the videos again someday. but everything was put on hold even the fan page on Facebook has been archived so it’s in active. basically it’s still there it’s just not active no one can comment you can still go back and watch all of Richards videos on RU-vid they’re still there.
@@MHolt3573 So I just went and checked and it looks like precision now has their channel back Trent however has branched out on his own and Made has a new channel so there will be two channels in the future we may see some videos again from both of them
@@expressautotransmissiondav4207I have a question. On the prv in the pump inner spring suppose to be loose an bound after you put the boost valve an sleeve in ??
Ok,,, that’s a good overview. Appreciate you sharing this, so I know what to talk to my transmission shop about. Had more than a few gmc trucks, so yeh, transmissions.
September 19th I took one apart today 2002 at my Indianapolis Salvage near the Indy 500.. wreaked too.. suburban 2002 The....C CLIP BROKE IN HALF...only unit I can surpass is the pump Would of been a very bad core...vb probably ok Rest of parts highly pressured and extremely metal to metal wear C CLIP could of snapped during some wreck impact
That’s totally true Only a couple of transmission technicians post reassembles Like Automatic Transmission Hiram Ryan’s diesel services on allison transmission etc Thanks David
@@dgc940 richard and theresa critch educational videos.. I think they got a different location, richard had rotator cuff surgery and is filming theresa rebuilding the transmissions right now. how they are getting work im not sure, because the business phone is not working. maybe they are just laying low, until he heals up and just doing local word of mouth work. those rotator cuff surgeries can take years to heal, and I think they replaced the whole shoulder with a cadaver shoulder or a plastic one. he wont be lifting shit for a couple years, if ever.
Hi there I have a 2002 suburban with a 4l60e what is the right oe pump kit number 24219542 or 24219541 it appears both to be for my unit by the way love your videos on 4l60e related
How do you find those 5 pinon Non-OEM planets? From what I've read, most people are saying stay way from them as they are made from cheap powered metal and it is always better to stick with the OEM planets?
Rebuild a 4l60e and weeks later i have a third slip for a bit ,it down shift from third to second no problem then it shifts from third to fourth no problem, any suggestion I'll preciate for your help thanks..
Hello friend, I have a question, is the valve body of the 4L60e the same as the 4L65e? Another thing, can I place the sheet of the valve body without the two gaskets? Nothing happens? Regards
