This is a BIG video on installing a shift kit, a corvette servo and a sonnax pinless accumulator into a 4L60E transmission.
Includes step-by-step instructions on how to install these parts yourself.
The shift kit is a B&M kit with heavy duty/RV setting or street/strip which will allow for firmer shifts.
The corvette servo is from Amazon, cheap but good quality
The pinless 1-2 accumulator piston is from sonnax, also ordered on Amazon

Yeah. I think as long as it’s not Walmart brand fluid you’re fine. I mean you can use expensive stuff and might get an extra 10k out of the transmission, is it worth it? 🤷‍♂️ God I miss working on stuff out in BC. You just pull the snap ring and wiggle the cover of the servo off with a flat blade screwdriver. 😂😂

@@StationroadRatrods yeah, it was really nice to just take the u-bolts off my axle and just reuse them with the flip kit. Just new nyloc nuts. My 98 Chevy I bought for hauling garbage, for 1000 bucks, still had paint on the frame. It was better than any junk truck I’ve ever purchased out here. I gave it to a buddy when I left, he’s still driving it.
