@@iteabaggedyou00 No you're right. 4minute is one of the only girl groups to be successful with the complete badass vibe- nowadays a lot of groups are going for a mix of cute and hip hop, if that makes sense? While 2ne1 was more fierce and queen-like imo, 4minute's crazy and hate went for a VERY hip hop and badass vibe. Another notable one is Yezi from Fiestar and her Cider comeback. Hopefully in the future of kpop we'll get more badass girl groups who find success! Check out Hyolyn's Dally as well!

New K-pop fan here. For basically all music styles, you usually find the popular one then go back 4+ years. That’s where the best stuff is since once genres get popular, they’re much more generalized. Same goes for Presley, R&B, rap, and electro.

i follow cube since 4m debut. i can say beast already had their peak, but slowly down since new gen debut. 4m has strong debut but somehow they always become the second, idk if cube pick a wrong comeback timing or not, talking about hyuna, her solo always successful. clc has good debut, their peak only when hobgoblin release, but tbh they can't bigger unlike their sunbae.

Jiyoon is just killing this song, she's such an amazing rapper and dancer. I gotta hand it to 4Minute, this is one of my favorite comebacks from a group I don't usually listen to. Amazing performances too when they do it live.

Now I feel bad that the only member I recognize the face is Hyuna. I know the names of the other girls Gayoon, Jihyun, Sohyun, and Jiyoon but I can't tell which is them.
bcus even during 4minute's debut, her name appeared in articles + she is really even more famous than the whole group. Cant blame her for her influence and recognition in kpop tho. it's sad to see how a member outshined the whole group for miles which eventually ruined the group in the end, and it's not even her fault to begin with.

@@r0ttengarbage yeah I understand that but Hyuna have many “muggle” fans = outsider who is not a fan of the group. They only interested with her works, but not the group’s or other member’s work. They just like her for her only. Usually this happened when a member is too popular with public, so people just dont care about other members. They dont hate other members but they just not interested. I’ve read many of these comments among knetz/inetz since back then. She was the stan attractor and people know 4minute as “oh the group with Hyuna as the member” 🥺🥺 well, not just with 4minute but even if you put Hyuna with other 2nd gen girls groups members... she STILL stood out more than anyone else. That’s how “unlucky the other 4minute members are”

So, I love how in-your-face and badass HyunA, Jiyoon, Gayoon, and Sohyun are.... But fuck, Jihyun nails her bit so damn perfect every time. Like, it's the smallest part, but she kills it so hard, I can't help but be happy she gets the last refrain all to herself. Like, she doesn't need a chorus or verse part to stand out. She takes the entire song's concept of "crazy" to a completely different place that both suits her style as being so "princess pretty...but kinda dirty when I want to be" while still complementing the other girls. Ahhhhh, I love her so much. Like, I'm a straight woman and her part turns me on. I am in love with all of this.

To be honest this video would have been if they'd made the choreography do-able in one take. Instead they cut bits and edited them together. Just a thought. Anyway, I love this song. Hyuna and Jiyoon are stunning with this concept.
I forgot this version existed. Also the people complaining about Gayoon not dancing don't know the whole story or anything and some people still argue when they know. Celebrities are human as well. Gayoon is just a human with an ankle issue and she just happens to be a great singer in a popular group. I think this may be correct, but when this video was being filmed Gayoon was having the highest amount of ankle issues, so I understand them being cautious about it. Now let me point out the amazing things she did. 1) Sang because hot damn 2) Picked out the outfits 3) Tried her best (I don't care if she looks like isn't trying. Gayoon isn't a dancer, she's a singer and she was probably exhausted because god knows how long they filmed for with a long break) Also Jihyun slayed and she's my queen.
why do I see no one talk about how amazing this mv is shot? it's just 4minute dancing in black and white but but its one of the most captivating mv's I've ever watched???? the transitions are perfect and the amazing cinematography make it so much fun to watch. Forever iconic
This song was my favorite back in 2015!!!! The dance is so awesome & it's fire🔥!!! I used to listen to this song all the time & replaying it over & over & never tired of it! Brings back so much memories. It's still a bop in 2023.
I have no idea why they didn't. Good Luck had interesting choreography and I would kill to have a proper dance version. But I'm glad to see Crazy's, because it's pretty awesome as well.
I know this group is no more , but they are still in my heart and the fun fact is I got the information of this group when it disbanded already , it's sad that I couldn't join the fandom but I can say they were legends indeed
