@@DashzRight mine is rock solid and reliable as the day is long. The secret is tuning the suspension for how you're going to use it and not having unrealistic expectations. Mines a first release that I bought a month after it was released and all I ever break is spoiler mounts.

I've built a 6s Maxx but run it on 4s using all Traxxas parts. Stays cool as a cucumber. 6s is just stupid, LOL

They do need a bigger maxx I think it's too small

​@@bfam8056, I hope @Traxxas will do it quickly based on the same chassis "no aluminum chassis especially"with more travel (as used with the rear shock absorbers of the Sledge) with a very tough servo saver 💪 and a 2085X at the controls and above all a well-adapted combo in 2000kv VXL 6S and full gimbals stock, the rest of the transmission is already top and all placed on 4 good big sledgehamers in 3.8 with a much wider and higher cabin body and it will be a total blast 🤘

@markc3571 ya I got both I'm just saying a 6s in between of maxx and xmaxx would be awsome I would get a sledge but I like the plastic chassis better
