Omg, thank you for showing us that you can use a broomstick, plunger and pizza pan from the Dollar Tree to use as a column. I was thinking about using (before I watch this video) those materials to make a red carpet pole. I followed your tutorial, but my Home Depot(s) do not cut those pipes. I end up finding something else, but it was sooo hard to glue and keep it sturdy. I thought the next time I had to make those, I would try using a plunger and a broomstick from the Dollar Tree. Now, I kmow it will work! Lol
