I don’t off road but I do fish and camp. I get myself into some sketchy areas on some blm land. Next mods are. UpTOP bed rack once they start taking orders. Bilstein 5100 level. Not sure what wheels. For the wheels I’d recommend get anything from +25mm offset inward. No less than that because the more negative the offset is the harder it is to clear bigger tires. Best of luck!
