I've just brought a 2inch lift kit for my HZJ105 off you guys with big bore shocks and a full bush kit I cannot wait drive it after its all fitted as everything under it at the moment is 23 years old.

I got your suspension installed at fulcrum on a 2016 Mazda BT 50 , drove it for 1 weekend only, broken CV boot because sway bar is rubbing on CV boot. Fulcrum replaced the CV boot and tried to work out why the bar is rubbing on the CV boot best they could come up with is shorter adjustable sway bar arms which helped but the sway bar was still touching. I found that Iron 2 inch lift on a Mazda and early Ranger, there kit includes a sway bar relocation kit has standard , which I had to buy one from Iron Man, fixed the issue and in your video your saying that Fulcrum offer a sway bar relocation kit ?

Some vehicles do require a relocation kit although it should have been advised upon purchasing the kit! Give us a call and ask about options for your BT50! 😍

Sam...can you help me?do double rear lift leaf shackles help soften the leaf spring for 2inch lift with just the stock leaf?

If you are talking about extended shackles, they are illegal so I would not recommend you use them. Additionally they do not soften the ride. Only the spring rate and shock setup can soften a ride.

Hi Sam, I have got a few questions, I just got a Fulcrum 2" lift on my Pajero. I added in a heavy duty fulcrum airbag for towing purposes. What pressure should these be run at ? Also now when driving slowly say in a car park the car now creaks and groans. Is this normal ?

Sounds like you might have too much pressure in the airbags when unloaded and not enough in there when fully loaded. When unloaded, we would usually recommend having the airbags almost completely empty so that the suspension can move through its range of travel freely. :D

Is it the same shock regardless of spring rate? Looking at doing my Hilux soon.

Yep the same shock is used for all spring rates. Shocks control dampening (up and down movement). Springs control lift heights and weight carrying ability.

Its currently being developed by us. We are working on a correct lift kit that doesn't offer any issues. At the moment all kits on the market don't do it correctly.

How about suspension lift part number 80464? There is a clip in "Bilstein suspension install - Suzuki Jimny Gen 4" and someone did mention this part number. 11 month ago in youtube.

Different shocks have different valving. Our Formula 4x4 shocks are designed for comfort and are honestly the most comfortable on the market. Google Fulcrum Suspensions Online and read some of the reviews.

Body Lift's aren't legal unless mod plated so generally we don't recommend it, people tend to do it though to give even more clearance for larger tyres or get the look it gives by spacing the body up even higher.

@@kremnoisuf441 Personally a lift kit will generally be more beneficial compared to larger tyres on the beach. So I'd go that option first, plus then later on when you do want bigger tyres you'll have more clearance to fit them. 👍

Why lift the suspension when you just can put 2inch blocks under your cabine and box :D That is how I did it with my 1965 unimog :D I have full coil springs.

A proper coil spring lift is always going to be a better option than lift blocks. For the budget conscious though, lift blocks might be the answer! That being said, avoid body lifts at all times!

@@FulcrumSuspensions1976 in case of the Unimog 404 do not put spring lifts in. It messes up the suspension angles and causes lot of issues. The axles are directly connected to the gearbox with a huge torque tube.
