I do not know your language, for bun dosa is it necessary to add Eno? I am confused. First you make bun dosa without eno, then for second dosa you add eno, please clarify does this instant bun dosa remains soft after some time when it cools down? Can we add leftover cooked rice instead of Poha? 😄👍👍👍👍👍
Hi, all recipes are simple there is no need of confusion, for first didn't put Eno/soda bcoz those who don't like to use Eno, they can make soda's like that only, texture will be flat not fluffy..for next Dosa I used Eno, to show difference.. you can use leftover rice instead of poha.. for instant Dosa if you use Eno/soda it remains soft for hours, hope I clarified all your confusions
