This is the week that I had plans to attend my friend's wedding ceremony over the weekend 💒.
I was planning to stay home as much as possible and be in perfect physical condition to attend.
I went to the ophthalmologist after work because I found something in my eye 🏥.
They said it was a buildup of fat and other stuff and they had to cut it out and remove it ✂.

Good morning, Nami. Thanks again for the video. I pray that your eye surgery goes well, and you will feel more like your usual self. I could tell that your week was wearing on you a bit, and you may have been a bit tired. It was good to see you show us how to manage self care and self-preservation with such grace and class. I have many weeks like yours when I experience small setbacks..i.e. the sniffles, something gets broken, and/or I order something, and it's the wrong size. LOL, I am certain I am not as elegant as you when going through those things! Take care.

Thank you for the video! On weekends and some week days, I have a similar breakfast - however I cut the sausage into little rounds and cook them first in a small skillet. Then I make fluffy eggs in the same skillet and oh it is good! I think I'll put both over rice though, since rice is soothing. I love that you make such different dishes with all sorts of veggies! I will try the fried cucumber (though not sure where I would get the leaves?), as I often can't eat the cucumbers before they go bad. I will also look for mirin because have never had that before and maybe it adds a pleasant flavor. Thank you again Nami, glad you had a nice week!

If you find the rice just isn’t quite right with your breakfast, try adding a small pat of butter. It’s great.

Have a look round your area for an Asian grocery store. They are mind boggling! I live in Toronto where there are lots! The freshness and variety of the fruit and veg will make your jaw drop. And there are shelves and shelves of marvelous sauces, vinegars, soys, cooking wines. You'll find yourself wandering around with a big dreamy grin. Enjoy!

トイレットペーパーもそうですが、始めの糊付けされている部分を指の腹や爪で、全体的に均一にこすって熱を加えてやると、糊の接着が弱くなって綺麗に剥がせますよ。くっついている部分は、水溶性の糊なので体温程度の熱を加えてやると剥がれるそうです。
