I get what you’re saying about the handles…yet they did give you a shoulder strap…to each is own.

With the loose threads, maybe that’s why it was on sale maybe it was a bad batch

It was a typical 5.11 sale that they do from time to time. I just made it through the QC dept unfortunately. Every company misses things, it just happens.
