5.5+ PRO Drilling Session LIVE [Mini-games Included] 

One term I think everyone should understand is what I call "cooperative drilling". You guys are really good. But for those that want to get better it is important to hit as many reps as possible. So, on resets, drops, up and back game, skinny singles it is better to hit controlled shots that are effective, but give the other opponent a chance to practice their technique as well. It teaches control to both players and really helps if one is a stronger player than the other. The last thing one wants in drilling is to have one person slam the ball just to put it away after just a couple of shots. Keep up the good work.

This is a great video on warm-up drilling, w instruction! Please notice how many reps they get in, & how long they keep the ball in play! This provides a good model to show what is possible.

Great! What about skinny singles. Traditional cross cort serve, odd/even, but server must move to the returner's side and play resumes from the returner's side of the court. Normal serve distance, must THINK!

I’m a newbie and I’m learning a lot from your videos. Just one non skill comment. At times the language gets a little salty. It’s probably not a big deal to many, but I spent 24 teaching in the inner city and stressed professional language in professional (classroom) situations.

The more I study the game as a player and a coach, the more I realize just how critical Footwork is as a foundational skill to be emphasized and developed. Great video on footwork, guys!
