About the skincare and the bumps - if you’re using the Paula’s Choice exfoliant every night, that’s 100% where the bumps are coming from (or the reason they’re getting worse instead of better). Over exfoliation is worse than not exfoliating at all in my opinion!! From my knowledge, exfoliation should only be done 1-2x a week 🩷
