Here is 5'6 Raymond Taylor PG for FAU running thru defenses and breaking everyones ankles in open gym scrimmages and pro-am games in Miami. Does he have the best handles in the world? We'll let you be the judge of that...
the speed at which he starts stops and changes direction is magnificent...a cat like that is hard to guard because of that and the fact that heis so low to the ground already a taller guy would not only have issues keeping up with him speedwise but he wouldnt be able to get low enough to guard em well
I see alot of negative comments on this vid. Look for all you people on here he is good and stop hating on him cause nobody on this page can check him so what he dribble to much i see no one taking the ball from him and he has a nice shots not everybody shot pretty and he's 5/6 and he play overseas that's great so stop hating and ray Taylor don't listen to this hater if u see this keep doing your thang
This would be a park/gym setting, where you can show out like this. Pretty sure if when the time came he could be a good NCAA point guard, with the right training and mentality.
true, he's short, so he has a lower center of gravity, thus can control the ball better. Most short people I see on the court have very good ball handling.......
He is nice , love how he can control the ball with all that speed though. of course him being smaller is a huge advantage to being quicker but no depriving him of that ball handling . wish you the best bro
This lil niqqa something else. The way he goes in and makes them crosses looks like he puts alot of energy into it. When I rush and cross like that with that much speed I get extra tired fast but I got good handles to back that shit up but this niqqa right here like ah dam machine to keep doing that shit over and over.
I must mark this down as the greatest comment in youtube history. Whoever you made that remark to, really felt it because he deleted his comment. I wish more people did like you say.
Tyler Gay also considering that most teams have point guards that are 6 foot, do all that and more I don't see him making it to the NBA (NOT HATING)but a Russell westbrook or Chris Paul could check him easily
Who cares bout his handles.. Dude wont make it anywhere, he plays 1 on 5 most the time like wtf? Too busy playing street ball which would never pan out or take him anywhere but what china for a year or 2 then hes nowhere to be seen
"No fundamentals", "too much dribbling"? He may be in college but these are simply open gym games. He isn't out to be some disciplined fundamental phenomenon, he wants to have fun. And honestly that looks really fun, I'd take that over fundamentals in a scrimmage anyday
Everybody's that's hating on this kids game, needs to stop all that jealousy. This guy might be the next Spudd Web , or Munzy Boise . I bet the ones that's doing all that talking, can't stay in front of him on the court !!!
My boy Raymond Taylor will play for the Heat one day..He always been good in Basketball but he was a even better Football player!! Yall stop hating on my lil Hommie
hey bro keep it up I know how hard it is for guys that are short with my experience ppl always told me i was a liability on defense because i was 5'9 Good Luck!
Now that is a solid point guard. Excellent passing along with those swift handles. I wish he was taller though. Either way, a bright future awaits this young man.
He got a nice handle with a good change of pace and thats key. Jumper looks a lil suspect but if they played man to man in college he would be hard to guard
no wait this guy . is legit 1st place in state of texas in three point shooting at 77% for home school. Ranked top 15 out of 200 plus players in the Texas Christian Athletic League Trained with former University Of Texas PG,NBA NJ Nets and current Italian pro player AJ Abrams. Three Pointers Season Career 3pt Made 41 92 3pt Attempted 58 111
Size does have somethings to do with basketball, but not scoring. Scoring is how agressive, and confident you are. The only way I'd say size has something to do with it, is if I was Kareem Abdul-Jabber.
I respect your opinion and you're right, that jazz will NOT work in the NBA. Yet and still i'd love to have a super quick handle like that. it would make the game a little bit more fun for me lol
He is really good but he is just to small for the nba he can have a good carrer in europe but I mean times have changed size is way more important now 20 years ago it wasnt like that I mean just look. at this years draft the smallest first round pick was 6.35(188 cm) that is 9.5(23 cm) more inches
Not only did they speed it up at parts but he traveled a few times.. Still got skills for a little man. Question is all moves set aside can he shoot? And/Or finish in the paint?
At the end, he seemed like a well spoken young man, so that, strong work ethic and a degree and I'm sure he could be successful in whatever arena is his interest outside of basketball, should that (likely) not work out.
if you like short basketball players... type aquille carr into your search panel.. this guy is probably one of the only short players that i have seen that in my opinion can realistically compete at the NBA level.. but the guy in this video can can dribble good can knock that..
Lmao all of y'all judging this guys game but you can clearly see half these moves are him just having fun, rec games are automatically anything goes as for what moves to make, you can create however
I feel Carr has actual crossovers that are better as well BUT this was a scrimage, pro-am open gyms and play around games. So he was playing around and bussing ass. It'd be different if this was a serious game and he was playing like that. But it wasn't.
