The Industrial Injection 5.9L Cummins Performance Heads are designed for the daily driver/weekend warrior in mind. Fully CNC ported head complete and ready to bolt-on.
*CNC Ported Cylinder Head: The porting process performed uses a new 5 Axis CNC Cylinder Head Porting Machine with CAD/CAM software specifically designed for cylinder head porting.
*New Performance Stainless Steel Valves: We use the highest quality upgraded stainless steel valves with a nitrate coating for ultimate durability to outperform and outlast any aftermarket or OE valves available.
*High Strength Alloy Valve Guides: New High Strength Alloy, Heat Treated iron based valve guides are installed.
Performance High Temp Valve Seats:Premium valve seat inserts made from a true Nickel Based Non-Magnetic material that was developed for extreme operating conditions.
*Drilled & Tapped Coolant Freeze Plugs In Head: The factory head has press in freeze plugs that are prone to leaking and blowing out under the valve cover. This process eliminates the failure from ever happening to you with our cylinder heads.
*Fire Ringed Head: The fire ringed head procedure was designed to use with our custom fire ring head gasket which utilizes a radius cut steel fire ring to virtually eliminate head gasket failures while still allowing you to daily drive your vehicle with confidence in its longevity capabilities.
*Valve Springs: We use the highest quality brand new performance 95lb valves springs custom made right here in the USA. We designed these springs to offer more lift than the competition.

@UCnVDP2m1f6bD9Hi2SbYFyWw I see you tap the freeze plugs under the valve cover but why not the ones behind the exhaust manifold . Ive always been curious of that? Your company suggest fire ring not orings for daily driver? Guys at the track who sled pull told me they may crack if daily driven from heat cycles but the fire ring will hold more boost. I hope you guys start doing more videos..

The freeze plugs behind the head are not typically ever an issue. We use a radius cut fire ring that is more reliable and designed for both daily driving and performance applications unlike the square-cut style fire rings. Hopefully, this would help answer your question.

I just had you folks refurbish my 1st gen head w/firerings. What is the compressed thickness of your gasket and ring? I am doing the math for valve / piston clearance.

What is the hole on the right rear of cylinder head if its upright? Is it a oil or coolant port or just a hole with threads? Thanks
