Hi Parmita, Thanks for sharing these tips. I would want to know any tips or methods that you can suggest to take care of Grey hair. I only 38 and I have been facing this issue for the past 5 years. Chemical coloring agents have thinned my hair and exposed my scalp. Natural alternatives like henna and indigo leaves are making my scalp dry and I am not liking the brown tints and tedious process that I have to go through every alternate weeks as the color fades faster in case of henna/ indigo powder.
