My friend told me that maybe I should consider plastic surgery on my neck. I don't know if she was joking or was being honest. I started doing this exercise about a two weeks ago with your towel face slapping exercise on another video. A few days ago, I noticed that my neck started looking better. Today in church, so many people told me that I looked brighter. My friend who insulted my neck, wanted to know what I had done to my neck. I am going to continue to do your exercises so that I can look even better. I do the face slapping exercise for three minutes six times a week. Thank you so much Aysel. Stay beautiful.
Cheers! That was a very nice and clean instructional video. I was not actually looking for beauty tips, but for chronic pain relief. My ugly mug is permanently stiff as while I don't feel it as much anymore the signal molecules still affect the muscles. This was a great and very helpful find.
Wow! 👏🏼 So many great facial massage techniques! 👌🏼 Thank you for sharing with everyone! 🙏🏻😊 I will definitely follow these techniques! 😊 💯 Keep up the wonderful work! Sending you best wishes 💕 From 🇬🇧
I have always looked a lot younger than my chronological age, due to being spiritually centered, joyful and peaceful, eating very healthy and gentle exercise. However, extremely high levels of stress, pain and disappointment has aged me in the last year. I'm starting to look my age now and that is not ok with me. heehee. I definitely see the edema pooling in my eyelids, jowls and under my chin. It's frustrating because I don't eat bad food (no sugar or excessive healthy carbs and zero processed foods) EVER. No soda pop or chemicals and yet my face is puffy, droopy eyelids, especially on the right eye. I only tried botox once, against my intuition yelling "don't do it?". about 2 years ago and I had a reaction, so never again. I found this video today and I really like it. I will do it every day. THANK YOU!!!
@@F13TUN its a sign of not so much sleep and not enough blood going threw your head. im still doing it every day since 2 months and it helps, you can feel the blood
@@TheShottyBoyso it’s from facial fat pad loss, bone loss and collagen loss and depletion. Bone thinning in your face causes the muscle and fat to drop and sag. Hormones also plays a big role. Estrogen decline in women and testosterone decline in men causes wrinkles, sagging, volume loss, bone thinning
I religiously pay for facials. Now, that I have a technique to implement in my day to day living, I'm sure I'll be saving once I start doing them myself 🤑! Thank you!
Thank you so much for this video, my skin is just forever glowing and looking young and fresh, no lines, no wrinkles, no scars just radiant and flawless. Be blessed 😇🙏🏽💚💚💚
Thank you very much for sharing this knowledge i was looking for a facial massage routine to do and I really loved this one! A huge hug and blessed be!❤
Oh that felt amazing. It’s spring and everything around me is beautiful and blooming, but I can’t breath. This helped open up my sinuses. Thanks a bunch!
I am approaching 60 yrs old and found this video ❤ I have been doing facial exercises, facial yoga, and techniques from doctors. I now finish my morning facial regime with this video. At my age and thick facial skin issues I can use all the help I can get. Graçias. 😂😊
Dear Dr.Aysel, I am really thankful your video appeared on my list this morning - all the methodics you mention, are absolutely necessary for me, the droppy eyelid and tension in my face in particular. You are a true inspiration and an example of real quality work🙏❤Kristine from Latvia,44.
Thank you so much! I have done the towel slapping (for the past 3 weeks) and it is working! Now I will add what you are showing on this video. You are amazing!!!
Thank you so much! I loved your massage techniques. The video is very well explained and changing the angle of the camera helps us better on how to realize these exercises. Thank you so much!
Yes, it does! 🤗 It makes sense that by massaging our muscles in our face and lymphatic areas that this would stimulate blood flow and release toxins just as when we exercise! Thereby, providing our face with more nutrients and oxygen, and as a result firming our face! 🤗 What a beautiful gift! 🎁
@@itsbierce I'm almost 50, so I don't really break out even though I have oily skin. I use a little coconut oil or serum when I do the massage. I do it 2-3x a week.
Dear dr.Aysel you are one of the most gifted and intelligent professionals in the world. I have seen and done serious and sophisticated facial massages and yours are one of the bests. You are a great teacher too. Thank you for your hard work and generosity.
@@wiseforce7045 I have been doing the massages since the end of December. I have noticed my jawline lift and sharpen, my lower face tone up, my smile lines disappearing, my frown lines diminishing, eyebrows lifting, and even a slimmer nose bridge :) All of the techniques I use are in various videos. Getting rid of frown lines, smile lines, lifting jowls, etc.
thank you so much your massages are really effective and i love to do them. thank you so much, im so grateful, dear Dr Aysel... such a helpful thing for women who does not approve plastic surgeries and filler technics. sending you so much support and love. greatest hug from Croatia.
Hi Dr. Aysel, my face is identical to the picture shown. Puffiness going into my nose. I started my massages a few days ago. I'm so excited, I always wondered how can I treat this? Now I know. Thank you 😊 so much!!!❤❤❤
I've watched few facial massages instructions before but only Aysel motivates me to process the routine immediately. Thank you for your easy-to-follow content and very quiet and calm vibe. Let's not be sag :D
I just did this while cooling down on my treadmill from work out. Literally so easy you can do it anywhere thanks for sharing this. I noticed the fat in my cheeks are starting to displace and drooping closer down towards my nose and my skin and overall appearance of my face is more sallow and droopy. I am kind of planning a full facelift when I turn 50 and I don’t think there’s anything much to stand in my way but in a little bit will help me in the meantime I think and if I do this every day and maybe I’ll see a change!
@tarmach523 Do you know that you have muscles in your face ? If you don’t exercise them you’ll lose tonus and your face will get old. These muscles are just like others so just make them work consistently 4-5 days a week and soon you’ll see a very good results no need of face lift it’s just butchering you for nothing and it’s very expensive. If you don’t work out the face muscles no lifting will help you ! You’ll just end looking like a curious monster 👺 Sorry to be rude but that’s the fact. Hope it helps
I feel so very blessed to have found your program. I have been massaging my face for about 6 months now but you have completely changed my approach and technique. I can feel and see the positive effect right after I use your technique. Thanks & Blessings🌺
@@r.r.r9746 we can see improvements in our face if we perform the facial massage regularly with patience Take a picture of your face before the facial treatment then compare it after massaging diligently for 6 months Try and see how younger you'll be We deserve to look young and pretty 😃
I am so greatful for the work you do ❤. Your expertise is helping so many of us. These massages are the bomb!!🎉🎉 Better than any tightening cream thats for sure.
I really like your videos! I´ll try to do some of them every other day. It will help hopefully in some way, but since I´m already 68 there will be no miracles....
I'm 54 and been massaging my face for years. I recently noticed fine lines under the eye as well as a forehead crease and saggy jowls due to 50lb weight loss, I'm definitely going to use your technique to rid these issues. Thanks
Thank You Aysel, I been doing these exercises facial massage and I began to see a big improvement on my saggy cheeks. I am a Senior on my 70's and just want to tell people never give up !! at first I was hesitant that my face will have a negative effect but I got to say there is nothing to worry about doing the massage, I encourage people to do them they are great! Thank You so much beautiful lady. 👍💯💖💖💖🙏
That’s so encouraging! I’m over 60 and was afraid that massaging my face would make it look worse so thanks for sharing your positive experience. I will continue and see if I notice an improvement in my face.
