I’m pretty endgame now, working on Level 20 speed runs and UNM. I’ve been pretty strict with gear and I’m starting to get to the point where I don’t keep some 5* gear and I’ve gotten very picky with jewelry. Love the guide!
As far as ATK gear goes, there is one exception I know of. If you use any bomb champions, the crit rate and crit damage don’t matter for the bombs, only the ATK does. So really only keep maybe 1 piece of good ATK gear in case you want to build a bomb composition, but otherwise I agree. I personally sell basically every banner that doesn’t have speed. Since champions have to be 6* to get a banner, I don’t keep many banners that aren’t amazing because I have few champions to equip them onto. It really helps with silver too, I cleaned out my banners today and made 4 million silver from it!
the funny thing for this exception is that there is an exception within the exception. Lord Shazaar's bombs go off in 1 turn if he crits. idk whats the best, but i have him at 100 crit chance because i was sick of having debuff removed.
@@o1GAUGES1o they do change bomb dmg. Just meant that crits still affect his bombs even though they dont change the dmg. Switching him to 100% crit shot me up 2 ranks in arena. Like guy above said though, much better to go atk if u can get the crit elsewhere. After this fusion ill probably work on new gear for him to get atk gloves
Never throw away atttack% gloves and attack neckless if you have a bomber. Bombs scale of attack only, not on Crit damage. Your Shazar, Warmother, Astralith and Souldrinker would love to see their attack as high as possible...
Do the artifact stats improve the faster you finish the dungeon? Or did you clear out the 5*'s before making the video? I see that almost all of the pieces you farmed on spider were 6*. I clear Dragon 20 in about 5-6 minutes and get about 20% 6*, haven't got a 6* legendary yet in about 500 runs...
What if you are new in the game and early early game do you think it is ok to use lower star artifacts and even upgrading them a little just to make your champion stronger just for the early game push?
Flat stats are only good for early game when all you have are 1 to 3 stars gear. The % stats gear might give less returns than flat stats for 1-3 stars when your champs are less than level 40. So if you are using flat stats early on, don’t upgrade beyond level 8. Replace with % stats later on.
I'm about 4 months in, my rules for selling/destroying gear evolving. I dump all flat stat gear (with the exception of some speed stuff). Don't keep 4 star or below anymore unless its got righteous % stats or speed. Im keeping all my jewelry cuz I don't have much and not farming spiders that often yet. and I sell the crap sets (i.e. Curing) except sweet speed boots. I'm a bit less picky with sets that I just don't have much of, just so I have some around if the right champ turns up. I've been following you quite a quite now and your guidance has helped me alot with figuring it out. Thanks!
With the exception of accessories, sell 4 star gear (once you can start farming it). After doing this for a month, I auto cleared dragons 20 and spiders 20 in the same week.
Atk % gauntlets are solid for bomb champs because it scales off attack. I'd only keep a few though. I also go through and typically sell any rare or epic gear that has two flat substats of hp/def/atk unless it's speed set with speed as substat
It's not a great video. It has one MAJOR flaw. And that is, saying all flat stats are useless, when they are not, HP, Def, Atk with spd substats in spd sets are akways helpful.
I am probably early mid-game. If I start selling all my boots except speed and the niche Attk% and Def% and do not have speed boots in a set I'm using (ie: Lifesteal) is it better to put 'anything' as boots for the stat bonus, or is it OK to break the set to get speed on your boots?
After 3 months of playing I can beat dragon's 20, gold 1 in arena my Duchess was a game changer for me then my lovely Seer pulled her on last event. Thnx for all the videos Ash your advice helped me so much
I’ve currently got my arbiter in flat stat speed gloves and chest as I have triple speed rolls on both, that’s really the only time I’d advise keeping those pieces. Other then that I’m in complete agreement and it’s basically what I do on both of my accounts.
Definetly helped me out! I have so much trash gear I've leveled up and with these montly legendary champion events I never have any silver left! So thanks I was able to get rid of a lot of artifacts! I just didn't even look at substats when I was clicking on them and that helped! haha
Hey Ash I just started about 3 weeks ago and I am doing Dragon Lair 13 now I cannot do 14 and I am assuming it's because of my gear. When I get say 5s or 6s gloves with crit damage or crit rate % on them but substats are say defense, hp, hp% resistance.. should I still keep the gloves? or would a 5s - 6s attack% gloves with substats like crit%, crit damage be better?
Just be patient :) your best gear is gonna change constantly until you are about 2 months in. Right now, selling decisions shouldn’t be an issue for you unless you already have close to 700 items. Don’t get too crazy
Started a f2p alt... early game is a different ball game... defense and accuracy are key for CB, don’t build up rare champs for dungeons yet as your first few 5 star foods should be made from 4 star dungeon champs so you can get a little utility from them wince you built them... double dip if you will.. yes you will lose a little resources, but once you have a 5 star farmer, that 6th star will not be nearly as daunting or time consuming if you have 5 level 40 foods already... with an “early” 6 star kael (hopefully your starter) CB and campaign farming should change noticeably That said, by player level 50 (your first real regearing event) you should start to adapt these tactics.
I'm more mid game, but I've found that hp ring with attack % is excellent for attack champions, because I want to boost their hp so they are not targeted by the enemy AI.
My Arbiter is wearing a flat stat speed chest because that's the only gear I have for 3x speed sub and also a CD glove with 2x speed sub, so some times she did kill the enemy in arena. XD
If you have a character that puts up a defensive shield on everybody and that Shield is based on that character that cash to spell HP I think I would keep the hit point ring and amulet just to boost it
yep, great stuff, on my gear i always trash, non % gear on gauntlets chest and boots, besides speed, maybe acc, but also the gear need to have at least two stats that I am looking for or I get a few rolls on speed
all flat stats sure, except for speed gear. Speed on speed is so difficult, therefore it will be too long until you get a good gear. Also for platinum arena, I would definitely not sell resistance
@@pleasedont7439 res functions the same here, though. With Imm gear you dont need to sacrifice other stats to shoehorn res into the build. For arena defences, high res would be better, simply because the attacker can customize his team against yours. For attacking, imm is better as the fights are usually over by the second set of turns anyway
My Kael, 107 cr, 206-CD, 3000+ - attack and hits like a little girl. I feel that he has been nerfed unofficially. He is not dropping a single spiderling(60%-def down debuff by stag knight) with that acid attack on stage 16(spirit affinity) let alone the higher levels. And do we need 100 CR on champs like Rhazin(def based damage dealer-mine at 4000+ def, but minimal CR) and HP based guys like MM(I got 66661-hp and 100 CR- I could make it 80k+ if I compromise the CR).
7 months into the game and already slowly pushing for mid game, Thank god they buffed Cupidus one of first legendaries I got but was trash, now I pushed from spider 14 to 21
Also Ash, RESISTANCE BANNER AIN'T NICHE. You can't say it's niche just because Immunity sets are there. Not only that Serris/Kymars/Raes/Even Arbiter can strip that Immunity set and be worthless. While Resistance is undeniably better. immunity sets are there for Tormins/Hegemons (That are paired with SERRIS), but having a Resistance team won't be bad either. So guys, keep them.

I've been playing about 6 months. I lost my tablet to a thief. He or she destroyed it. I couldn't recover my account. The major problem is my new account cannot seem to get legendary heroes. Good advice like always.
How is it possible to farm so many artifacts? I mean i have raid card on but everytime i‘ve try auto its only does de first round and stops dunno what to do. Could someone say something about that? it might be a noob question but i would be happy
Has anyone done the Math to see if flat stats are better if your base stats suck? (like an Attack Champ needing a defence Chest to stay alive) like if a flat stat chest gives 500 defence and a %chest is 50%. then if the champ has 850 defence. the flat stat would be better correct? I am still newer to the game so I don't want to take any flat pices to level 16 just to test a theroury..... quite yet.
Ash, you forgot to say, DON'T SELL FLAT STATS WITH SPD SUBSTATS FOR YOUR SPD BOOSTER. Man, that's a pretty common idea for people like you that are in endgame. Please, clarify this so that new players won't sell spd set gears with spd substats.
Dungeons and Arena have different stats . in arena you'll need ACC and Speed more . i've learn that since a team with 45K power can defeat me in 49K power . all his 4 mains move first than my 1 main with 57 speed .
@@EricSteinHealthyChef agreee . since Hagemon isnt available . you'll just need to grind more in dungeons for artifact . my best combo execution is Kael and Karam . but ive made it in 65 speed with 80ACC . the only thing ive been missing is a good counter and defend for provoke . if not , those 2 might become squishy
It's scary how i've been doing this since I started. I run my own clan and I am the newb/furtherest back in my clan yet when I talk to my friends in there i've been saying for weeks 'i have no artifacts because i keep getting none % gear, resisitance, none speed boots so I sell everything
Hi Ash, You are a leader in the Raid community so I am coming to you with a solution for Arena. We should call on all players for a Spartacus rebellion. Ask them all to switch their defense team to a gimme team. This will allow everyone to collect the medals they need and force Plarium to fix it. Even high level players will be able to max out their Great Hall. I have only limited contact with content creators and the rest of the community so I am asking you to put it out there. Same thing goes for the new arena. Let's make it easy for everybody to get all the points they need in the new marketplace.
I agree I'm at level 40 and i have no idea where i should be as far as progress goes or how powerful my champs should be at this point.I tried the very first level in doom tower and got smashed.

if you watched his other videos , hes building a team of Disabler than damage . thats how he conquer the arena and dungeons . keeping enemies turn meters down , stunned and decreased base stats .
@@Jakkuu.93 True, than you won't need att% gauntlets, but this isn't explained during the vid. And also isn't it explained why you would like to keep a pair around.
@@PeTeRFeCTo if you building a team of striker you'll need at least 1 support for healing and coz other artifact like stun, decreas hp and crit is important . i wouldnt recommend taking vampire set . would be waste of slots .
