Hello, hope you have had a good start to the week. In this video I go through some hopes I have for the future anniversary and would like to hear what you would like to see too!
well since they had the u-boat event last anniversary, so maybe this time the event might have something revolving around those x4 air to air missiles?
@@TheEuropeanCanadian well i do agree it would be fun for an event but we'll have to see if they actually do come to the game in force, in fact i actually just looked at my fw-190 a8 and guess what, it has the pylons for the x-4s, but there's no missile to go on the pylons, if you don't believe me you can have a look for yourself
The kamchatka. A russian repair ship of the 2nd Pacific Squadron. But it does 2x damage to allies. All enemies appear as torpedo boat symbols on the map. All your allies are marked as enemies on the map, and it coughs and splutters all the never maintaining speed. And constantly calls out inaccurate targets. The decoration award should be a crate of binoculars.
FV4005 Stage 1, KV-13, E-100 with 150 mm gun, Karl-Gerät, Panzerkampfwagen VII "Löwe",VK 1602 Leopard, OI tank,T92 howitzer motor carriage,Carro Armato P.43
the sturmttiger already pushed the envelope as far as large caliber vehicles are concerned and the karl is definitely too far. Will say though been looking forward to the OI for a long time since japan has never had a tech tree heavy (or in this case probably an event heavy).
I personally would like to see something like a PZ III SfL an Panzer 3 with a Howitzer turret Wich was able to be set back to allow easy firing? I would also like to see an P1000 boss fight with Tiger around a Gigantic P1000 and players being able to shoot with cruisers and Centurions against it?
Some suggestions I recently thought about: - Versuchsträger Gesamtschutz (thermal-invisible leopard, Germany) - Vought V-173/XF5U (tough pancake plane, USA) - M60 (Chilean sherman with a 60mm HVMS, Israel)
I think we need something powerful and unique for anniversary. USSR: KV-3 (it was half finished) GER: Panther or Jagertiger with Gas turbine engine USA: T92 howitzer UK: A38 Valiant Japan: O-I 120t superheavy tank
I didnt even realize with sales comes the anniversary event as well :D Didnt even think about what events are gonna happen with it! Im quite excited now :)
The vehicles id want are Bob semple - probably event, like dreams come true Flamethrower vatiants of L3 and L6 for italy, l3 could be an event and l6 a tech tree, giving us a tech tree flamethrower, these would actually be pretty cool as flamethrowers would perform well at 1.0 - 1.3 The Japanese heavies like the OI in tech tree - we got the Ho ri production Poland tech tree - probably mixed with other countries like Yugoslavia, Czechia and Romania
The t-43 project was kicked off in 1942 that whole rant was completely off That being said, the t-43 and the US t-23 both need to be in the game bc they both have similar histories and led to the development of the best tank for both nations
Personally my prediction is that as usual the vehicle will be something people have BEGGED for, for years that is exciting and unusual. Sturmtiger has 38cm, The Tog II is long and strange for a number of reasons. So my thought was a vehicle that was passed to devs randomly at the beginning of this year that is bizarre and people have begged for. The O-I. It’d also fit with Gaijin’s frustrating pattern of putting heavies for nations lacking them behind events or paywalls
The only problem with bob semple is it was only ever built with a machine gun, which is probably why they havent added it. I know there was a design with a 37mm, but i dont know if it meets gaijins standards since it was only on paper.
I really hope it’s an interesting vehicle and one that’s preferably rank 3/4, so I can use it as a grinder Like the Emil tank or KRV tank, would love that for Sweden
Ik its not really that much reality to the core concept of the video but it's still related to the 5th anniversary of War Thunder. That is the muas, in my opinion they should rotate the muas out this year for 1 of the other 3 vehicles for example the panther 2, and just keep them rotating every year.
all the vehicles mentioned here are things i'd like to see in the game, i just don't know if they'd work well as Anniversary vehicles. I'd prefer whacky mid-tier vehicles to more famous but also less interesting or unique vehicles. for example, -Soviet SU-14 SPG with the 203mm howitzer could be a cool somewhat low-tier meme vehicle, depending on it's power/weight and reload it would probs go somewhere in the 3.7-4.7 br range and just be hilariously overkill like the sturmtiger but a good bit easyer to aim and a lot less armor. -Soviet KV-7 casemate SPG with 2 76mm's or 1 76mm and 2 coactial 45mm's, just very stupid looking but possibly hilarious (the soviets have a comicaly large amount of whacky KV/IS/SU prototypes left to be added in general). -Japanese O-I heavy is possibly a bit of a controversial thing to add, but it would be very cool to be fair. -US T31 demolition tank, a sherman with a masive head and dual 183mm rocket launchers with revolver style loading mechanisms (and a dummy 105mm barrle in the centre of the turret). -US T33, a 75mm sherman with a redesigned turret housing a large coactial flamethrougher. -US M40 GMC, 155mm howitzer mounted on a sherman chassy in a somewhat precarious looking way. -Austrailian AC1 sentinel with dual 25 pdr's, looks like a bonkers thing to use but maybe not this year since we just got the TOG II for britain. -UK A38 Valiant, aka "the worst tank ever made" but on paper it's quite alright you just need tiny bodybuilders to use it cause other people wont fit (once again we just got the TOG though). -Swedish Karnvagn, a heavely armored and armed tank inspired by the french AMX 50 heavy tanks that never got finished because they couldn't figure out what gun they wanted on it. The hull was build and tested though! -French canon de 194 GFP, a late WWI SPG series with comically massive guns ranging from 194mm to 280mm guns. It might not be very usefull but damn will it be a blast hehe. -French FCM F1, a massive superheavy that was supposed to replace the char 2C in WWII but it was never finished because of the fall of france. It had 2 turrets with the main turret (at the rear) housing a 90mm and the secondairy front turret housing a 47mm, 120mm of frontal armor and 100mm to the sides and comming in at a whopping 139 tonnes. This massive behemoth could be a crazy addition to mid-tier france (and would maybe work quite well with the trying to get people more interested in france with it's recent expantion of the tech-tree in both air and naval, and hopefully soon also ground)
Hey man, take your time. Spend as much time with your father as you can and hold off any and all commitments to RU-vid. Family will and forever come first o7
it would be really nice to see the StuG IV, but honestly, at this point in the game i don't see any real reason to add it, as the TD line for germany is pretty well padded, and even the StuG IIIs are decent enough, with the IV being (in terms of gameplay) only being a marginal difference from the StuG III
After the sturmtiger and tog2, i think they will follow the trend of rare, not-that-useful, vehicles that do not really have a good br or place on the tree; and give the O-I to japan.
I think the Matilda Mk1 should come to War Thunder and there were a number of Matildas armes with the Vickers 50 with AP rounds and it was the humble Matilda that helped halt the German Blitzkrieg advance during the Battle of Arras which ultimately helped in the evacuation at Dunkirk.
I think the T7E2 would be an okay tech tree vehicle to go in between the M5A1 Stuart and the M24 Chaffee. Its mobility is almost the same as the Stuart but it's got a much better gun. While the T7E5/finalized M7 Medium would basically be a sidegrade to the M4A1 Sherman. Worse armor, but better mobility. It would be a nice Anniversary event vehicle. Both versions probably should get a 3.3 BR.
The Sturmtiger has recently received a huge nerf. They destroyed its optics and I can't aim the gun anymore. Now it's just a missile sight with no ranging.
As much as we all love gaming family is important especially not seeing your father for so long we all understand I wouldn’t even bother dropping anything just spend time with your pops
Imagine if Germany had just said eff it and cranked out 75000 pz4s and just focused on making them more reliable. We're lucky they were led by a hate filled mad man who was an irrational strategist and terrible at weapons procurement.
I would prefer to give some prototype tanks for japan they had lot of them and there are lot of ww2 tanks that were used during ww2 but gaijin just don´t add them you know like Type 1 Ho-Ni II, Type 5 Ho-Ru , Type 100 Te-Re with 37mm gun, Type 4 Ha-To , Type 5 Ke-Ho, O-I (Super-Heavy Tank), Type 97 Te-Ke (Tankette), Type 3 Ke-Ri , Type 100 O-I and more i hope you get my point like why every nation will get atleast one or two (USSR) protoype tanks in major update but when it comes to japan they will add ship that wasn´t biult for 30 japanese naval players and im not talking about helicopters japan is only nation that didnt get any heli from release of helicopters and its sad cause i think japanese have most intresting tech tree from all cause you see german, soviet, british and us tanks in movies and serials but you dont see japanese ones thats why i think japanese ground and air deserve more attention from gaijin nobody wants more soviet prototypes or us wheel tanks
I haven't played WT in months. I booted it up recently just to make a quick minute long joke video, so that doesn't count. That being said... If WT legit added the Bob Semple, then I will reinstall.
So, you know how there is a difference between the challenger and the challenger 2 because they are different vehicles, but there are multiple challengers and challenger 2s. It’s the same with ships but the different versions are usually named after the first ship in the line. So the tirpits and the Bismarck are both the same line of battleship but the Bismarck was first.
Ship classes are basically “Lead ship”, then ship names So basically like tirpitz right?, the second Bismarck Class battleship Another example would be the HMS Prince of wales, HMS Howe, HMS Duke of York are all “sister” ships of the lead ship which is HMS King George V, so basically they are all King George V class battleships, hope this helps!
Why? both have: good guns(57mm), ok armor for reserve, lot's of Crew. Slow but the Maps are small, Event Tank(unlocked at Rank 3 or higher like every Event i can remember), and you can't Tell me when you Hit Rank 3 you don't know how to Play and also it's a handycap for the old Player thats want to Play it and not to stomp new Player. Edit: both woude be the new L3
So none of this is datamined and you're just spit-balling? Sure, these vehicles would be cool but this video is devoid of information relevant to the game. It's a big "what if". What a waste of time.
