Efficient 3D CNC milling of plastics, composites and aluminium.
The 5-axis CNC machining centre is particularly powerful, so that a change in material is no problem. The CNC machine is suitable for the finishing of plastics as well as for model making and mould making. The 3D milling of model making materials such as Ureol as well as all plastics, composites such as CFRP, GRP and aluminium is no problem for our CNC milling machine Universal.
The CNC machine is equipped with a powerful Hiteco spindle with 15 kW in S6. The rapid traverse speed of the linear axes is 80 m/min in X/Y and 60 m/min in Z. This performance of the 3D CNC machining centre is achieved, among other things, with a rack and pinion drive in the Z axis.
