Yo guys, what's going on it's psycho sibs gaming, and with the launch of battle for neighborville on the nintendo switch only a few days away, we are going to have to welcome an entirely new platform into the pvz community. So, to prepare, I thought I'd talk about 5 Common Mistakes that Beginners make when picking up Battle for Neighborville for the first time!

Make sure you do all of the daily and character challenges, they get you tons of prize bulbs, and don’t ignore upgrades, some of them are great

you forgot to mention that playing as each character aslo give you experience on how the character is played allowing you to know how to fight against all characters in many different situations just like how spy mains in tf2 or any player in tf2 plays every class to get a feel for that character and how they play to better themselves when confronting the enemy or in the spys case tricking the enemy

The burrow baby term made me laugh quite hard, first time i ever touched pvz garden warfare at my friends house, and i became the burrow baby because I couldnt beat him. Fun times :)

More advice to get gud at bfn 1) learn to aim, if you can aim you can get mad vanquishes regardless of rank. 2)learn to move and shoot, especially if you’re a small character 3) don’t spam abilities at spawn and don’t rely only on abilities 4) fiddle with upgrades and different combinations, yes they can made a difference 5) if wizard master his charge shot, it’s surprisingly slept 6) if chomper use burrow only for escaping or on a 1 on 1 7) if chomper master slobber shot, a good chomper player is an absolute threat up close and just as deadly at range especially if you master the abilities 8) pay attention to what characters the other team is playing and how they’re playing, are they grouped up? Aggressive? Spread out. With that info switch to a character that’s skills can help win the fight. Each character has a weakness and an ideal match up. Learning when to use a certain character can make a difference.

I had been watching Wolfy and you for quite a bit of time so when I finally got my first PvZ shooter (BFN) I went straight into PvP and it worked pretty well, but I knew a lot of the core game mechanics by then. I agree that a newbie should go for PvE first because it is educational and fun.

@@la-tm3bp sorry, I haven't messed around with that. Though you can always make a private Giddy Park server using the globe found in either the plant or zombie base, you can even invite a friend!

I felt kinda upset about the fact a lot of character alts are gone like the toxic pea or chomp thing I had only played garden warfare 1 but I think it's a lot more diverse in the way you can play

my advice, use Sunflower as your Main. She can Heal Herself as one of her 3 Abilities/Attacks. L = Heal, X = Sun Beam/Lazer, and R = Shoot/Glimer Shot. everytime the L Power is Full, you can use it while in battle to run through enemies while not losing health, or hide around a corner and use L to restore Health 100%.

Here’s another tip that is ESPECIALLY for switch players. -You should really buy the pro controller. It is MUCH more comfortable and way more grippy, it will REALLY help if you plan on getting serious with this game. If you like BFN and plan playing long-term, joycons will eventually feel very poor and bad for aiming and quick movements. Trust me, it will help a whole lot. Even if it’s an extra 70$ it’s worth it, and it works with other games too.

Burrow babies might be a big problem for players of other consoles, due to motion controls. Since they might not have used much motion controls they might try to play sticks and then gravitate toward low-aim characters. Speaking of which, there's a tip you missed: _use motion controls!_ It might be tough to have really good aim with sticks and then struggle to shoot straight with motion, but they beat out sticks by far. If you've been in the Splatoon community, they are accepting of stick players but at the same time they say that if you want to "be the best" you must use motion. Worried about jump shooters? With motion, jump shots are as easy as walking! And countering them is too! I think you get the point. Even if in the end you really can't get it to work, it's worth a shot.

I can agree with this so when I played I mostly NEVER used rose ,kernal ,foot solder ,or scientist ,but when I got my xbox I started to use all characters including the ones I never used before. and its so annoying being vanquished by a noob character with no promotions and no extra abilities on

I love your channel and videos ❤️. Let me disagree with tip 3. A lot of players have reached high levels with the xp mashine. But this does not increase their skill in the game. They orientate on the maps and do not shoot according to their high level. High level opponents focus their attention on them. And the team players pin their hopes on their help. But they can't do it at all. I have reached the level 1300 with the XP machine help and have to started the new bfn account. Now I am not use XP machine at all.))

tip when playing zombies: when you hear the chomper coming, use your abilities to get away before he gets you. i mostly played GW1 and i got BFN yesterday from the PS Plus sale, so it scared me how fast the chomper became. just practice, try to train your reflex to automatically use your escape ability as soon as you hear or see a chomper coming, don't think twice

I usually use snapdragon, I’m kind of new, but I play tons of FPS games, so I think that it can be a good character overall, just don’t forget to practice with harder to use ones like wizard!

One thing I do wanna mention is about certain characters are either weak or strong against others all classes have their strengths and weakness

true for example peashooter is good against imp because peashooter does a lot of damage per shot and imp doesn't have a lot of health but peashooter doesn't have a lot of health either so things like the branium basher 9000 can kill him with ease

I would also like to add if you are playing multiplayer please use the dirt piles to summon minion zombies especially the healing one they bring in alot of experience and it adds up even more with the leveling up trait also don’t be that person who never rez anyone

My advice: make sure that you map out the area you are in, it will help you especially if you are in a doozy. And to do this is do to private play and look in every nook and cranny in every map one at a timend once you do will know how to get out of a mess.

Can anyone tell me if and how to play two player on the same switch? It's driving me crazy I see the multi-player option in front of the portal but that's to play with friends with other players. Only thing I can think of is 2 controllers need to be connected and switch sitting in doc k to see that option? MAYBE? JUST want to kill some zombies with and on the same team as my 6 year old son. Don't buy xp until after your reward machine thing is empty. U have a leveling up up grade use that. I have like 200 million coins and nothing to spend them on.

The Exp machine 5 times in one day is not true in switch verison just the other verisons like PC, xbox, Sony. Yes I agree completely you should use the Exp machine especially to level up the characters because the upgrades on the characters are useful.
