Probé el cordero una vez, que rico debe ser a la parrilla, en Córdoba vi que comen cabrito a la parrilla o al asador, yo soy costeño en Necochea no hay mucho de eso, hay mas mariscos y pescado pero que lindo debe ser un cordero al asador.

Uno que es de acá, no le da mucha importancia a la gastronomía argentina ....por que de eso comemos siempre....pero la verdad, es ,que me asombra, y es muy interesante, como a la gente que visita el pais, queda muy conforme con nuestra comida ....
You can try some pizza at "El Cuartito", located in the city center of Buenos Aires. And, if you plan to travel to the province of Salta, the "chivito a las brasas" is unbeatable. Desert: "cayote en fibra con quesillo". Also, a lot of other fantastic meals.
I recommed lamb (in my opinion is tastier than cow), churros with dulce de leche, fugazzetta pizza (type of pizza originated in Argentina, tastie if you like onions XD), flan with dulce de leche and cream, milanesa napolitana,matahambre a la pizza and pañuelitos. Approved. U guys should try "Chocotorta" too, you will mostly do it by yourselves but believe me that is INCREDIBLE. Basically it is a pile of choco cookies with dulce de leche and some other things.
You are missing sweets. There is a cake called rogel, capes of puff pastrie and dulce de leche with meringue on the top. Of course, alfajores and, last but not least, flan with cream and dulce de leche, the famous flan mixto.

It's more of an European mixpot indeed, but I would say that the primary influence is Italian in terms of cooking. Honestly some could argue we're a kind of example of what would happen if western Europe joined into a single country, perhaps.
Too bad the vacío was raw. That's how you spot a tourist in Argentina. We only eat our meat well done, you should try it. You don't need to eat the meat raw like a wolf in order for it to be soft and juicy. Trust us.
@@johnscott5169 bue... esta cruda pa. Nadie dice que está completamente cruda o que no sea un punto de cocción que se usa en otros países. Pero para nosotros, que como dijo alguien mas, comemos la carne bien cocida o a punto que es un poquito menos, lo que comió esta mina esta reee cruda.
