There is enough opening from the drinking hole in can top to take care of this. Actually more power is needed at the start of the crush then the rest of the cycle. I made a can crusher similar to this and no problems with compressed air.
Very neat ideas. The problem for us backyard mechanics is acquiring the materials from everyday items. Most of us do not have a lathe or machining skills.
Buy a small lathe they aren’t expensive & easy to operate for basic things like this, it’s not like your cutting threads.. If stuck just watch RU-vid & learn.
you seriously used ball-baring to just guid the hammering shaft? Also all of your machines here are properly nice in idea but sure wonder what you will do if any of the welded ball-berings is failing. Dont get me wrong here but weld on a bering in general is a big "no no"! At least you used a fastening ring at the hammering machine where the Crank disc is. I first tought you are building some sort of auger becourse of usuing the vertical guid ball-bering for the shaft. XD no joke but there are cheeper options more usefull for this job. Bearing bronze sleeve for an example.
A lot of whining, he probably doesn't waste the time to read your whining cuz,he ain't negative and would rather spend his time getting so pro/creative/intelligence and on the way picked not hurting himself. He should caution ⚠ people who are clutzy and JELLY though. He is at home/he can do that, not at work!
Once he attached it to the reciprocating saw I knew it was just a paint shaker.. damn it, quit crafting and get back to painting! Cool demonstrations of transferring motion, quite genius
Ultimately it's just a recycle of an electronic motor. Ingenuity is the mother of invention. Your way of thinking means nothing changes. You have to actually build a prototype before you go into production. That being said it's best to have a mechanical or engineering knowledge before attempting to spin saw blades at thousands of rpms. That being said none of these devices seam to have been made by novices.

I dont get the second one. The guy had a workshop with a friggin LATHE, drill press, welding gear, tabletop coping saw, grinders, amongst other tools... Yet he needs to waste 2 good bearings, 20ish buzz saw blades, a good dremel, and all that metal, to pretty much make an electric plane, a basic piece of woodworking kit most DIYers own?
Let's be honest. As a handworker myself I have respect for his abilities. However was there anything here that was worth the effort? IMO ..not really. It's a shame he is not using his knowledge to build something really constructive. For his effort I give him a 10 and leave a comment here so that he earns some money for his effort. I just wish people would learn to weld correctly because the fairytale of every tack one ton just doesn't hold up under pressure.
If you want to crush cans as fast as possible with the least time of construction mount two car wheels running with gap between them adjustable. Spin them up to speed and drop cans into gap. Not rocket surgery.
On the 3.40 minute the bolts that hold the green flange should be mounted with the nuts down. Why? If the nuts get loose, the bolts will stain in place. Otherwise, the flange will fall down.

Deuxième point : si tu pouvais nous montrer le produit fini, ta vidéo aurait bien plus d'intérêt ! Je dis ça, je ne dit rien... : If you could avoid arc welding, where we get the arc in the eyes at point-blank range, it would be much more comfortable to watch... Second point: if you could show us the finished product, before launching into a production process, your video would be much more interesting! I'm just saying... :))
Why have a machine that makes sawdust? Doesn't a table saw make enough sawdust? Why not make something like a pencil sharpener? At least the shavings are large enough to use as landscape mulch .
