I have been in construction over 50 years and what most DIYers Don’t see is that these easy ways to construct take 2 to 3 times more prep work to make them look right? So when you guys do DIY spend your time on prepping, can’t end right if it doesn’t start right
30 years here...the other thing people don't understand is all bullshyt about "climate crisis"...the production and use of any one of those products still requires extensive production, energy usage and waste....and if u have spent your life in constructing dwellings you know "warranties" and "guarantees" are bullshyt, unless a product has been tested survived 20, 30 or 50 years, u can't honestly guarantee it....and when u sue after something fails, u will either get pennies on the dollar or nothing.....
The basement waterproofing at around 30 minutes looks awesome! Just one question: it can be used on the outsides of basement walls, but what about floors?
Rubber paving of any sort is a big NO in any kind of wildfire prone areas... I would be dubious about putting the rubber down in a playground subject to direct sun light too. That would get as hot as pavement.
Trapped air is the best insulation. In general, gases are better insulators than liquids, which are better insulators than solids. Density is a large factor which affects a substances insulation capability. Density is dependent on intermolecular spacing, or the distance between a material’s molecules.
True, but the amazing architecture of that time was for a minority...these new systems, if adapted to be made from more natural materials could be a solution for the majority
@@asmaben1114 What are you talking about? Masons and craftsmen used to be the norm… now anyone can put more garbage plastic into the environment making most homes unfit for human habitation due to structural weak links.
The value then as it is today is that a facade is a weather barrier. Those anchoring systems are as durable if not more so. If in earthquake prone areas, the thin brick facade would fall & shatter reducing potential damage & injury. Trust some of this is a positive step in the right direction to cost effective, lower carbon emission, and availability to the masses
@@EricMartin-c2m What idiots would use brick in earthquake zones? Squished idiots! Anyone who puts their life in the hands of plastic deserves everything that comes to them! In today’s day and age… craftsmanship has become a dirty word.
Actually you should read a bit about Geofoam and how environmentally friendly it actually is. It's been around since 1930 in the UK and is proven to be very good for the environment by analysis of where it was installed. It's not styrofoam like you may think (which is bad for the environment to make and put into the ground).
I can't believe anyone thought burying toxic foam for road fill was a good move. Definitely sounds like something out of a bizarre brainstorming session. What were they thinking, or was it just a case of cutting corners? 🤔
Good question! 🤔 I’m curious too-pressure washing can be pretty intense, so it’ll be interesting to see if the driveway holds up well or if there might be any issues. What do you think might be the most important factors in how it performs?
This RU-vid video has excellent content and was informative and entertaining to watch. I have been watching RU-vid for more than 15 years and never took the time to comment on any video, however because the content of this one is so good I thought it important to let you know that the accompanying music on this video is very irritating. The music is sharp, harsh and too loud, which makes viewing somewhat unpleasant. I see other people have also the same criticism. With over 600,000 views I think it sad that TechZone doesn't get it. TechZone obviously has intelligent and innovative people but fails to address this glaring problem. Simple solution, take the time to redo the voice over sound track.
Robotics in construction are no longer a thing of the future. Automated machinery is making construction sites safer and more efficient. Truly revolutionary!
20:12 synthetic turf is an extremely poluting material. If it's worn it ends up in landfills poluting the groundwater. But they go on producing this shit.

the guy dont reply besides u still dont need to be rude about it bro u couldve asked nicely anyways i guess its his style yknow like his vids are bear veiws because of his calm voice and sound track and his ablities to explain each product well hes also purswasive to some people soo yh- dont argue with me btw i aint attacking u 🥲💙
Sometimes less really is more when it comes to soundtracks. Maybe a simple, ambient track would be a better fit, or even just some natural sounds to keep it smooth. What kind of music or sounds do you think would work best for videos like this?
Tou se qui est dalle parquet paver en plastique ne dur pas dans le temps j'ai fait l'expérience et avec le temps chaud et froid il devient cassant puit pers de sa couleur sa ne dure pas maximum 5 ans
This comment section.... I feel bad for the content creator. Just wanted to say keep it up I enjoy these videos, background music and your commentary! I watched everyone of your videos to unwind and relax
First thing is the worst ever. There is a microplastic problem so you make a thing out of plastic then rub it with tiny stones for years to come. Wonderful
I don't like most of these "innovations". It's mostly plastic in various forms. Just like calling something "resin" - it's mostly plastic too. I think we should find eco friendly and somewhat natural replacements instead of wrapping and soaking everything in more plastic making it seep into groundwater to eventually end up as microplastics in every organism imaginable.
Wow, this is incredible! 🏗 The advancements in construction technologies are truly game-changing. From smarter building materials to innovative techniques, it's amazing to see how these developments are transforming the industry. What do you think will be the next big breakthrough in construction? 🚀

@thabiforJesus5 There's no definitive evidence Jesus even exited. Also, there is no act anyone could commit to justify an eternity of punishment. That is If you understand the concept of eternity.
@@PessimisticSkeptic Do you believe in eye witness testimony? Because 500 witnesses seen Jesus Christ rise from the dead on the third day as He said He would.
