Since you started your journey, here is a good way to split your workouts (if needed). This method is called PPL or Push, Pull, Legs. Monday=push Tuesday = pull Wednesday= rest Thursday= push Friday=pull Saturday = legs Sunday= rest You can orient this to your liking, just keep at least 2 days of rest. Find exercises that challenge you, but don’t injure you. Keep training, and Goodluck.

Is it bad that i skipped every progression and didn't exercise for human flag, because i jumped into the flag and on third attempt i held 3secs and then fourth attempt 5secs.

Human flag is not really an exercise you can learn it's just comes naturally after some time of training

Yea broo backlever and human flag is achievable without actually progressing them. I unlocked both by accident i was solely focused on weighted calisthenics.

I do a negative human flag and then slowly bring my legs down. I can only hold an actual flag for 2 seconds though.

just build up to 3 handstand push ups in a row and then tell me you cant do human flag it just happens natuarlly cause of other movement
