Our gated communities offer so much for the monthly fee. It is almost silly not to be in them. Unless you are not jiggy with rules which some people are not. How about Newport Isles in Port St. Lucie close to Tradition. The homes look nice and prices seem reasonable. The HOA is only $159 also and includes Fast ATT Internet and HBO Max.

I agree I lived in ft Lauderdale and it’s very busy. my opinion it’s very clean in Port Saint Lucie it’s beautiful we lived in Hollywood fl and plantation just came to PSL 2 years ago we are currently buying a house in lake forest PSL..
Hello Ms Gonzalez. I'm currently in North Carolina but I plan to move to Port Saint Lucie once I graduate from as an Anesthesia technician and to be closer to my mom which lives Fort Lauderdale. I have some horror stories about HOA with their crazy rules and regulations. It's $139 now but how often does the HOA's increases? I'm a single guy, unmarried soI will be looking for a 3br 2bth, 2car garage not alot of space. From this video the area looks awesome.
The HOAs that I talk about in this video really give you a lot for your money and they are super stable. They rarely increase their price.... Lake Forest, Lake Charles, Magnolia Lakes, Country Club Estates, The Lakes in Saint Lucie West. These are all great places to live. Established and great value. Hi Mrs. Gonzalez I love the gated and the non gated community But I know there are a lot of restriction that comes with gated community For instance I was told you cannot do anything to your property and I don't find that very cool I was toll when you bought a house it has to stay as is To change the paint or to do any kind of work on your home you have to be approve for the changes So for that reason I do not love a gated community I have never thought about Saint Lucie she but watching your video I am so in love with that area And now I am thinking of that area to move so Can you tell me if there's any way you're have schools that cater for children that is deaf I would be very intrested of here in about that Thank you and I do appreciate your video
Hi. I understand what you mean about the gated communities and the rules. I prefer it because I like things to be under control.... But there are options either way in Port Saint Lucie. Hi Ms. Gonzalez I've recently started watching your videos. I'm in NYC and I'm thinking of moving to Port St. Lucie or West Palm Beach, so currently I've been scoping both. I've never been to neither of these towns. I will like to see gated communities with a price range of 200 or lower. Like a townhouse or Condo. After owning a home here in NY I'm to the point that I do not want to deal with me taking care of the outside of the house. I want to retire and relax. The move for me will probably be at the end of 2021. Can you please show videos of such. Thanks.

Any one looking to rent In lake Charles . We have a house we are renting and will be moving out of beautiful community pool is never busy love it looked for a pool home but we could not find one ... we rent it now for $1625 and that’s low ..cable Internet , garbage. My neighbor is awesome I will miss her and the rest of them 😢
