Hi Manju. Thanks for this wonderful video. I am 47 an almost in the premenoposal stage. Issues like irregular periods, hair fall, marks on face etc. I have started taking Shatavari and also consuming the medicine called Menopace. So shall i consume shtavari along with it. I also have pcos in last month I got my periods on 25 june and it ended after 5-6 day like normally but it started again on 7th july and I continuously bleeding till today and may be tomorrow or day after tomorrow. for 1st 3-4 days it normal period but after 3-4 days I started spotting so how should I stop it.
