Hey Zach can you do a breakdown of the difference of playing indoor versus outdoor basketball. What we can do to protect our joints etc. Example, should we where an insole for extra protection. what to expect when playing indoors or outdoors for long period of time. Thanks. great channel.

I got the fission 8 couple of months ago and then this month went to grab Shockwave 5. Two of the best shoes I have ever tried. It is indeed value for money for me since here in the Philippines what is accessible are asphalt or cement courts only, atleast in my area. As always credit to Doctor Zach for recommending these phenomenal basketball shoes. ❤

Puma stewie 2 least durable shoe 2. way of wade son of flash and way of wade 808 3 ultra - are both tie 808 3 ultra has more grip a more ragid outdoor shoe 3. kinda like stewie 2 - new balance coco cg 1 meant for fluid outdoor game 4. another tie way of fission 8 and all city 11 v1 and v2 - Meant for outdoor courts 5. #1 Anta shockwave 5

The All City 11s are truly one of the best outdoor performance sneakers there is. If only Li Ning made a mid or high cut versions

Random suggestion but you might like the puma rs dreamer 2. There is no performance review of this shoe on RU-vid but there is atleast 50+ hours of a popular basketball youtuber (D’vontay Friga) hooping in them and they are high top. Amazing cushion in my opinion but they really are a gem that I rarely see people talking about

The Anta Shock wave 5s can be found for a really good price, I mean it depends on where you live but at my mian basketball shoe retailer they were 120 retail, with some seasonal discounts they could be even lower than that, that may be the higher end of budget shoes but it still a budget shoe in my opinion, it certainly isn't as expensive as KDs or LeBrons

Nike airmax for durability, adidas don for comfort, depends u want them to endure more than 6+ months? Go airmax, u dont want to feel as much fatigue in your feet pick the don or curry

its good but he is talking as a full shoes unity 3 have a really bad cushioning but have really good durability

@ammaralyicsbr1695 For an outdoor shoe you have to sacrifice cushioning for stability. Playing with a full length zoom strobel outside is asking for a rolled ankle. The traction on outdoor courts are amazing. The stability is amazing. The durability is amazing. And the materials make it a very comfortable shoe even with less cushioning. It's a top 3 outdoor shoe this year. And one of the worst indoors.
