I’m moving to Spain in March. Then living in Madrid for a year. During that, I will be looking for property, Valencia is on my list! These locations are GREAT and not the typical locations I’ve read. Mestalla really stands out to me, as I get older I want to live somewhere near the beach, without the touristy feeling so that one hits home for me. Can you provide average costs in future videos?

Malilla is such an interesting district. It has been growing & expanding a lot in the last 5 years. Very well connected to Ruzafa and the city center, while also has direct access to the A-7/AP-7 to go to Alicante & Costa Blanca. Very good place to look for a brand new property with common areas (pool, gym, garden...). There are some high quality new residential developments in there, but it is really important to work on the due diligence, both on the construction & developer. We have bought a few apartments there recently!

he must have a lot of listings in Pena Roja and Cortes Valencianas. I’m not sure how popular those areas are. you have to like high rise condo living.

What a horrible way of pronouncing the name of this nice city! Instead of Valencia he says Balenthia! Even though it is correct in Spanish, the way it sounds is weird.
