I had such horrible sciatic pain in every part of my lower half. I was scared and not sure what I was going to do, I could barely function or sleep. I looked up sciatic stretches and there you were! I started to feel better after I started doing your stretches and I cannot thank you enough Caroline! :)

I want to thank you for posting these videos! I have been in so much pain, waking up in a cold sweat and unable to stand or walk for long. I tried the exercises in this video, and I couldn't quite do them fully at first, so in deference to the pain I'm in, I switched up and went to the other video for pain relief in 5 minutes, and those worked better at this stage in this pain episode. I'm going to move up to this one when I can sleep more than a few hours at a time though. I did sleep for 3 hours last night before the pain woke me up again, so I dragged myself out of bed and did the 5-minute pain relief video exercises, as much as my leg would allow, four times in a row before I could get up and move to sit in the chair again, since laying down just made my leg cramp up again. I can't even tell you how much I appreciate even that 3 hours, I feel like I haven't slept in weeks, but I can see that coming in my future. I'm a fan for life now and looking forward to doing more of your videos. I love your delivery and your calming support!

For over 24 hours I had excruciating pain in my lower back. I barley got two hours sleep last night. I watched and did what is in the video and I am amazed. I am not 100% but after just a few minutes... Wow what a difference. Thank you so much. I am glad I found this video. I will continue to do these stretches.

Thank you for this! I had been suffering with sciatica for 8 weeks after having a herniated disc. I’d had regular chiropractic treatment and although the back pain improved the sciatica didn’t. I found your video and did it every day and after two weeks the sciatica has completely gone! Thank you so much 😊

I have a high tolerance for pain and the only time I've ever shed tears from pain was during child birth, until my sciatica flared up.....I don't know what caused the sciatica nerve to be so angry with me but the pain is unlike anything else, I admittedly shed tears. I started searching for stretches and found your video. I could only do a few of them and not as fully stretched as you but, baby steps, right?! I got up and felt instant relief, not full relief but instant and that's a win in my book. I plan on repeating all these steps a few times a day, as it's only 10 minutes (I have to go slow). Thank you for your help! I sit now with a heating pad and look for your other videos. :-)

This amazing! Especially how you tell us how to get out of the position. I’m always so aware of how I come up from any laying or sitting position on the floor because I’m scared to hurt myself again. Spot on! I was injured at age 13 with a knee sprain and I’m now 24 and having multiple problems with my legs. I’m currently looking for answers but these exercises help me stretch since I’ve only been resting and they’re getting stiff. I hope I find the answers but for now, I need to stretch. This is lovely, thank you!!

Really! Thank you SO SO much for this. I've been suffering with what I'm assuming is sciatica in my right leg for about 6 weeks now. I've not even had the time to call a doctor yet, but the pain is becoming unbearable. These exercises brought the pain to an immediate end, at least for now. Thanks so much! I've never had sciatica pain until yesterday and it just got progressively worse until stairs were a near impossibility. I've never experienced anything like it (pain from 0-10 almost instantly). I slept about 2 hours tonight before it was so unbearable I had to (somehow) get up. I stood at the side of my bed for a good 20 minutes before I could bring myself to move. I hobbled down the hallway and found your video while heating a gel pack. I did these on the living room floor and you brought my pain down significantly. Thank you SO much!

I'd add that I exercise daily but not using weights for about 10 months and clearly not stretching enough took it's toll.

I've been working out lately and I've been making sure I'm not doing damage to my back but my sciatica just snuck in and this really helped me. I love to work out but it was really hurting me. I just did this and I feel so good ! Defkntelt gonna do it every morning and night !

This was great, I've been looking for "latest treatment for sciatica" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Sonictoria Stupefying Smasher - (search on google )? It is a good exclusive product for discovering how to stopping your sciatica without the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my cousin got cool

i have sciatica and i regularly do yoga to correct it, thanks for making this video, the only critique i have is please stop yelling. the mental and emotional state is a crucial part of yoga to properly engage and work your muscles, and its hard to relax when your voice is so loud. i undersand that you’re probablt trying to make sure your mic can pick up your voice but it might be more helpful to make a voice over so you can soften your tone. again tysm for making instructional videos for people like me to alleviate their nerve pains

She just needs a microphone close to her, off the camera. Shotgun microphones are ideal, on-body microphone also works.
