You said to get the nightclub after you get the other businesses, do you definitely need the other three business first before getting the nightclub to make the passive income from the nightclub worthwhile?

A pretty solid method I found is selling excess weapon parts from your bunker. It takes 5-10 min and nets you 50k per trip. You have to wait a bit to do it again but if you need some cash urgently, it's better than normal production in the bunker as it's way faster.

You forgot to mention something about selling goods from the nightclub (passive income), and selling crates. You forgot to talk about griefers. I haven’t played GTA online for like 2 years, but if I remember, you earn more money for each player in the public lobby when selling these goods and crates. But is it worth it selling in a public lobby vs. a single lobby. That might have been a good topic to talk about.

The nightclub is frustrating. My technicians aren’t accruing goods. I’ve tried to fix it but no method has worked. Even gone as far as uninstalling and reinstalling

The main bulk of how i make money is mc businesses n it can be run solo except for the post op sell cuz literally impossible to do all 15 drops in 30 minutes solo but everything else is doable solo

Utilizing the Street dealers for solo players isn't as profitable as full on sales missions but, it's a lot less hassle and lots less time.
