This is a short video of my favourite tools I use in my role as an HR Business Partner relevant to all business partners and consultants.
I will also try to create some tools in Notion app as many seem to use Notion these days and it is becoming as one of my favourite apps to use too.

🧐 WHO AM I? I wish I had this channel when I was at Uni and transitioned into working world and next chapter in my life. It would have certainly made things easier for me. So here I am, 10 years later having a go at making videos and sharing content and tools that are centred around personal and career development, psychology, neuroscience hacks that aim to help us work smarter, better and happier. My goal is for you to realise your potential and do something about it. Basically, everything that schools and universities don't cover in great detail.
I am a school volunteer, mentor, law graduate and HR professional. I live and work in England. I work full time in a senior HR Business Partner role, I am also a mom to Alexander, married to Tony.

I love these videos! I recently got promoted from trainee to HRBP where I now overlook 4 portfolios; however, no one ever explained the role to me and I'm feeling quite lost as I'm still adjusting. These videos have given me a broader perspective and excitement for the role I've been executing for the last three months. I still don't know how many things work, but I find your videos quite informative and educational. Already subscribed! Really looking forward for more content... thank you!

Hopefully i can manage, the BP role is a step up for me having previously done operational HR and specialist ER for several years so things like succession planning, restructuring and engagement surveys/ action planning scared me a bit so was glad your videos were the first to pop up when i searched for help for BPs. Many thanks again! :)

@@starryeye3482 Sounds like you have managed the transition really well. It gets easier with experience and each organisation tends to do things differently but the principles should be the same and purpose of any tools and action planning is to ensure an organisation has an effective and efficient workforce.

HR is very versatile and I love how you can always find a way to transition to another role or organisation and how everything we do, know is relevant so often we can work in business roles, consultant roles etc it simply gives us more choice and opportunities.
