Berryessa is definitely one of the better value neighborhoods in San Jose, I didn’t put it on the list though because the schools were not rated as high compared to the other ones
@@cheryl1271Piedmont Hills is a very highly rated school, but East Side Union High School district is generally rated lower than other districts and not all of Berryessa maps to Piedmont Hill, that said Berryessa is still a great neighborhood, it’s a bit tucked to the east of Santa Clara county but you should still be able to access most of the Bay Area within 30 min by car
